Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 이상 또는 비상시 경광등을 출몰시켜 타차량에 해당 자동차의 이상 또는 비상사태를 경고하기 위한 자동차의 비상등에 관한 것으로서, 자동차의 범퍼(14)에 삽입구멍(17)을 갖는 수용홈(16)이 형성되고; 상기 수용홈(16)의 하부에는 비상등 작동스위치의 온(ON)시 정방향으로 회전되고 오프(OFF)시 역방향으로 회전되는 구동축(24)을 갖는 정역회전모터(18)가 내장된 하우징(20)이 설치되며; 상기 수용홈(16)의 삽입구멍(17)에는 하단부가 상기 하우징(20)의 상부면에 고정되고 상단부에 경광등(26)이 고정되며 상기 정역회전모터(18)의 정방향구동시에는 전개되고 역방향구동시에는 접해지는 안테나형 슬라이더봉(22)이 삽입되며; 상기 슬라이더봉(22)의 내부에는 하단부가 상기 정역회전 모터(18)의 구동축(24)에 고정되고 상단부가 상기 경광등(26)에 고정되며 상기 정역회전모터(18)의 정방향구동시에는 상기 슬라이더봉(22)을 전개시키고 역방향구동시에는 상기 슬라이더봉(22)을 접도록 구동축에 감겨지는 금속와이어(23)가 삽입되어; 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 해당 자동차의 이상 또는 비상시 비상등을 상방으로 돌출시켜 점멸할 수 있어 타차량에 정확히 경고할 수 있음은 물론, 방향지시등의 고장으로 인한 오인을 미연에 방지할 수 있다.

본 발명은 자동차의 비상등에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 야간주행도중 자동차에 이상이 발생될 경우 다른 운전자가 먼거리에서도 명확히 확인할 수 있는 자동차의 비상등에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차에는 등화장치(Lighting System)가 구비되며 등화장치는 크게 운전기계를 명확히 하는 것을 목적으로 하는 조명기능과, 주변 자동차나 기타 도로 이용자에게 자기 자동차의 주행상태 또는 비상상태등을 알리는 것을 목적으로 하는 신호기능이 있다.
상기 전조등, 안개등, 실내등, 계기등은 조명을 목적으로 하는 것이고 방향지시등, 제동등, 비상점멸표시등, 후미등은 신호를 알리는 것을 목적으로 한다.
자동차의 등화장치는 운전자가 주행중 또는 정지의 상태에서 다른 운전자에게 자신의 상태를 알릴 수 있으며, 또한, 자신이 주행하는 도로의 상태나 장애물을 확인할 수 있도록 하여 안전운행을 도와준다.
이러한 자동차에 적용되는 각종 등화류중 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이 자동차(2)의 전,후방 일측과 타측에는 비상등(4)이 설치되는바, 상기 비상등(4)은 운전석의 일측에 형성된 비상등작동스위치(미도시)의 작동에 따라 점멸된다. 물론 이와 같은 비상등을 실제로 자동차의 방향전환을 타차량에 알려주기 위한 방향지시등으로 동시에 구성된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 자동차의 비상등은 야간 주행시 자동차(2)에 이상이 발생되어 후방의 자동차(2)에게 해당 자동차의 비상상태를 알릴 경우 운전석의 일측에 형성된 비상등 작동스위치를 온(ON)시키면 자동차(2)의 전,후방 일측과 타측에 형성된 비상등(4)이 점멸되며, 이에 따라 주변의 다른 자동차의 운전자로 하여금 주의를 요하게 한다. 그러나 상기와 같이 구성된 자동차용 비상등에 대한 타차량의 실제적인 가시거리가 제한적이므로 타차량의 운전자들이 해당 자동차의 비상상향을 정확히 인식하지 못하는 경우가 있으며, 심한 경우 해당차량이 비상등을 점멸한 상태로 정지하고 있음에도 불구하고 후속차량의 운전자가 이를 정확히 인식하지 못함으로 인해 추돌 또 충돌하여 치명적인 사고를 초래할 수 있는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 실제로 비상등과 방향지시등이 겸용으로 사용되고 있어 후속차량의 운전자가 세심한 주의를 기울이지 않거나 또는 일측의 비상등 또는 방향지시등이 고장난 경우 타차량의 운전자의 오인으로 인해 사고를 초래할 수 있는 문제점이 있다.
이에 본 발명은 이같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 기존 비상등의 고장시 또는 기존 비상등에 부가하여 자동으로 돌출되어 점멸되어 거리에 관계없이 타차량에 해당자동차의 상황을 정확히 경고할 수 있는 자동차의 비상등을 제공하는데 있다.
이같은 목적은 본 발명에 의해 달성되는바, 본 발명의 일면에 따르면, 자동차의 이상 또는 비상시 경광등을 출몰시켜 타차량에 해당 자동차의 이상 또는 비상사태를 경고하기 위한 자동차의 비상등에 있어서, 자동차의 범퍼에 삽입구멍을 갖는 수용홈이 형성되고; 상기 수용홈의 하부에는 비상등 작동스위치의 온(ON)시 정방향으로 회전되고 오프(OFF)시 역방향으로 회전되는 구동축을 갖는 정역회전모터가 내장된 하우징이 설치되며; 상기 수용홈의 삽입구멍에는 하단부가 상기 하우징의 상부면에 고정되고 상단부에 경광등이 고정되며 상기 정역회전모터의 정방향구동시에는 전개되고 역방향구동시에는 접해지는 안테나형 슬라이더봉이 삽입되며; 상기 슬라이더봉의 내부에는 하단부가 상기 정역회전 모터의 구동축에 고정되고 상단부가 상기 경광등에 고정되며 상기 정역회전모터의 정방향구동시에는 상기 슬라이더봉을 전개시키고 역방향구동시에는 상기 슬라이더봉을 접도록 구동축에 감겨지는 금속와이어가 삽입되어; 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부도면에 의거하여 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제2도 및 제3도에 도시한 바와 같이, 자동차(12)의 전,후방에 설치된 범퍼(14)의 일측과 타측에는 삽입홈(16)이 형성되고 상기 삽입홈(16)의 하단에는 정역회전모터(18)가 내측에 설치된 하우징(20)이 설치된다. 상기 하우징(20)의 상단 일측에는 슬라이더 봉(22)이 고정되는바, 상기 슬라이더봉(22)은 안테나식으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하며 그 내측으로는 와이어(23)가 삽입되며, 그 와이어(23)의 일단부는 상기 정역회전모터(18)의 구동축(24)에 고정되며 타단부는 상기 슬라이더봉(22)의 상단부에 고정된 경광등(26)에 고정된다.
물론, 상기 슬라이더봉(22)은 상기 범퍼(14)에 형성된 삽입홈(16)의 하부에 친공형성된 삽입구멍(17)에 접힘가능하게 삽입된다.
또한, 상기 와이어(23)는 일반적으로 금속성으로 형성되는 것이 바람직한바, 이는 상기 슬라이더봉(22)을 전개시키는 경우, 상기 각각의 슬라이더봉(22)의 각각의 슬라이딩부재에 정확하게 힘을 전달하기 위함이다.
물론, 상기 정역회전모터(18) 및 경광등(26)은 모두 도시되지 않은 비상등 작동스위치에 연결되어 있으며 또한 각각 전원이 공급될 수 있어 운전자의 비상등 작동스위치의 온/오프에 따라 작동하게 된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 자동차의 비상등의 사용방식 및 그 작동보드에 의하면, 운전자가 해당 자동차의 이상 또는 비상사태에 처한 경우 운전석전방에 설치된 비상등 작동스위치를 온(ON)시키면, 정역회전모터(18)에 전원이 인가됨과 동시에 경광등(26)에 전원이 인가되어 모터(18)가 정방향으로 회전되며 또한 경광등(26)이 점멸된다.
이와 같이 정역회전모터(18)가 정방향으로 회전되면 그 모터(18)의 구동축(18)에 감겨진 와이어(23)가 풀려지면서 상방으로 이동됨과 동시에 안테나식 슬라이더봉(22)이 상방으로 전개된다. 이때 범퍼(14)의 삽입홈(16)에 삽입된 경광등(26)이 상방으로 이동되어, 슬라이더봉(22)의 최대 전개 행정까지 상방으로 돌출된다.
이에 따라 경광등(26)이 범퍼(14)로부터 일정높이까지 이동된 상태로 점멸됨으로써 해당 자동차의 이상 또는 비상상황을 타차량에 정확히 경고할 수 있다.
이후, 해당 자동차의 이상 또는 비상사태가 치유 또는 해제된 경우 운전자가 비상등 작동스위치를 오프(OFF)시키면 정역회전모터(18)가 일정기간 역회전됨과 동시에 경광등(26)에 공급되는 전원이 차단된다.
이와 같이 정역회전모터(18)가 역회전되면 그것의 구동축(14)에 와이어(23)가 감겨지게 됨과 동시에 슬라이더봉(22)이 접혀지는 방식으로 원위치되며 최종적으로 경광등(26)의 범퍼(14)의 삽입홈(16)에 삽입되어 원상태로 복귀된다.
이같은 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 비상등에 의하면, 해당 자동차의 이상 또는 비상시 비상등을 상방으로 돌출시켜 점멸할 수 있어 타차량에 정확히 경고할 수 있음은 물론, 방향지시등의 고장으로 인한 오인을 미연에 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 이상 또는 비상시 경광등을 출몰시켜 타차량에 해당 자동차의 이상 또는 비상사태를 경고하기 위한 자동차의 비상등에 있어서, 자동차의 범퍼(14)에 삽입구멍(17)을 갖는 수용홈(16)이 형성되고; 상기 수용홈(16)의 하부에는 비상등 작동스위치의 온(ON)시 정방향으로 회전되고 오프(OFF)시 역방향으로 회전되는 구동축(24)을 갖는 정역회전모터(18)가 내장된 하우징(20)이 설치되며; 상기 수용홈(16)의 삽입구멍(17)에는 하단부가 상기 하우징(20)의 상부면에 고정되고 상단부에 경광등(26)이 고정되며 상기 정역회전모터(18)의 정방향구동시에는 전개되고 역방향구동시에는 접해지는 안테나형 슬라이더봉(22)이 삽입되며; 상기 슬라이더봉(22)의 내부에는 하단부가 상기 정역회전 모터(18)의 구동축(24)에 고정되고 상단부가 상기 경광등(26)에 고정되며 상기 정역회전모터(18)의 정방향구동시에는 상기 슬라이더봉(22)을 전개시키고 역방향구동시에는 상기 슬라이더봉(22)을 접도록 구동축에 감겨지는 금속와이어(23)가 삽입되어; 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 비상등.
