Claims (5)
- 교류를 직류로 변환하는 정류회로부; 상기 직류를 승압 콘버팅하는 승압 콘버터부; 상기 승압 콘버터부의 출력을 트랜스포머의 1차권선에 축적하고 축적된 에너지를 2차측에 전달하는 인버터부; 상기 트랜스포머의 2차 제1권선에 전달된 에너지를 제1정전압으로 출력하고, 상기 제1정전압을 트랜스포머의 등가적인 자화 인덕턴스에 축적하고, 축적된 에너지를 2차 제2권선에 전달하는 플라이백형 제1정전압 출력부; 상기 트랜스포머의 2차 제2권선에 전달된 에너지를 제2정전압으로 출력하는 제2정전압 출력부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 출력 스위칭 레귤레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 승압 콘버터부는 상기 정류회로부의 출력단과 제1노드 사이에 연결된 인덕터; 상기 제1노드와 접지 사이에 연결되어 상기 인덕터를 구동시키는 제1스위칭 트랜지스터; 상기 제1노드와 접지 사이에 역방향으로 연결된 제1다이오드; 및 상기 제1노드와 상기 트랜스포머의 1차권선의 일단에 순방향으로 연결된 제2다이오드를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 출력 스위칭 레귤레이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인버터부는 상기 트랜스포머의 1차권선의 타단과 접지사이에 연결되어 상기 제1스위칭 트랜지스터의 턴온 구간과 일부 오버랩되고 턴오프구간에 턴온되는 제2스위칭 트랜지스터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 출력 스위칭 레귤레이터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1정전압 출력부는 상기 트랜스포머의 2차 제1권선의 일단과 제1출력단자의 사이에 연결된 순방향의 제3다이오드; 상기 트랜스포머의 2차 제1권선의 일단과 제1출력단자의 사이에 연결되어 상기 제1스위칭 트랜지스터의 턴온 및 턴오프 구간과 역상으로 턴온 및 턴오프되는 제3스위칭 트랜지스터; 및 상기 제1출력단자와 접지사이에 연결된 제1캐패시터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 출력 스위칭 레귤레이터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2정전압 출력부는 상기 트랜스포머의 2차 제2권선의 일단과 제2출력단자의 사이에 순방향으로 연결된 제4다이오드; 및 상기 제2출력단자와 접지 사이에 연결된 제2캐패시터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 출력 스위칭 레귤레이터.
