Abstract

본 발명은 야간에 헤드램프가 점등되지 않으면 시동이 걸리지 않도록 한 야간시 차량의 헤드램프 강제 점등장치에 관한 것으로, 운전자에 의해 온되는 시동키(SW)와, 상기 시동키에 연결되어 주.야간 시간을 나타내주는 타이머(10)와 상기 타이머(10)와 병렬 연결된 헤드램프 스위치(20)와, 상기 타이머(10)와 헤드램프 스위치(20)의 출력을 비교판독하여 타이머(10)가 야간시간을 나타내며 헤드램프가 점등되었을때 소정레벨의 신호를 출력시키는 비교판독부(30)와, 상기 비교판독부(30)의 출력이 소정레벨일때 점화되는 점화코일(40)로 이루어진다.

본 발명은 차량에 관한 것으로, 특히 야간에 헤드램프가 점등되지 않으면 시동이 걸리지 않도록 한 야간시 차량의 헤드램프 강제 점등장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 야간에 차량운행시 운전자가 부주의로 헤드램프를 점등시키지 않은 상태로 운전하는 수가 있어 전방시야가 확보되지 않음은 물론 다른 차량에게도 운전에 방해를 주게 되는 문제가 있다.
본 발명은 이와같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 야간에 운행시 운전자가 헤드램프를 점등시켜야만 시동이 걸리도록 한 야간시 차량의 헤드램프 강제 점등장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이와같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 운전자에 의해 온되는 시동키와, 상기 시동키에 연결되어 주.야간 시간을 나타내주는 타이머와, 상기 타이머와 병렬 연결된 헤드램프 스위치와, 상기 타이머와 헤드램프 스위치의 출력을 비교판독하여 타이머가 야간을 나타내며 헤드램프가 점등되었을때 소정레벨의 신호를 출력시키는 비교판독부와, 상기 비교판독부의 출력이 소정레벨일때 점화되는 점화코일을 구비하여 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참고로 하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 발명의 블록도로 운전자에 의해 온되는 시동키(SW)와, 상기 시동키에 연결되어 주.야간 시간을 나타내주는 타이머(10)와, 상기 타이머(10)와 병렬 연결된 헤드램프 스위치(20)와, 상기 타이머(10)와 헤드램프 스위치(20)의 출력을 비교판독하여 타이머(10)가 야간을 나타내며 헤드램프가 점등되었을때 소정레벨의 신호를 출력시키는 비교판독부(30)와, 상기 비교판독부(30)의 출력이 소정레벨일때 점화되는 점화코일(40)로 구성된 것이다.
단, 상기 타이머(10)와 헤드램프 스위치(20)는 운전석 앞에 설치된 시계와 같이 시동키를 별도로 온시키지 않아도 밧데리로부터 항상 전원이 공급되어 동작가능하도록 구성되어 있다.
이와같이 구성된 본 발명은 먼저, 주간에는 타이머(10)가 주간의 시간을 나타내기 때문에 헤드램프 스위치(20)의 온/오프 여부에 관계없이 운전자가 시동키를 온시키면 비교판독부(30)에서 이를 비교판독하여 소정레벨(예를 들어 하이레벨)의 신호를 출력시킴으로써 점화코일(40)이 점화되어 시동이 걸리게 된다.
그러나, 야간에는 타이머(20)가 야간의 시간을 나타내기 때문에 헤드램프 스위치(20)가 온되지 않으면, 비교판독부(30)에서 소정레벨의 신호를 출력시키지 않게 된다.
즉, 야간에는 타이머(10)가 야간시간을 나타내고 있는 상태에서 헤드램프 스위치(20)가 온되어 헤드램프가 점등되어야만 비교판독부(30)에서 이를 비교판독하여 소정레벨의 신호를 출력시키게 되는 것으로, 이와같이 타이머(10)가 야간시간을 나타내고 헤드램프가 점등된 상태에서만 운전자가 시동키(SW)를 온시킬때 점화가 이루어지게 되는 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와같은 본 발명은 야간에 헤드램프를 점등시켜야만 시동이 걸리므로 종래와 같이 운전자가 야간에 헤드램프를 점등시키지 않고 운행하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 시동키(SW)를 온시키면 점화코일(40)이 점화되어 시동이 걸리는 차량에 있어서, 상기 시동키(SW)에 연결되어 주.야간 시간을 나타내주는 타이머(10)와, 상기 타이머(10)와 병렬 연결된 헤드램프 스위치(20)와, 상기 타이머(10)와 헤드램프 스위치(20)의 출력을 비교판독하여 타이머(10)가 야간을 나타내며 헤드램프가 점등되었을때 소정레벨의 신호를 출력시켜 상기 점화코일(40)을 점화시키도록 제어하는 비교판독부(30)를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 야간시 차량의 헤드램프 강제 점등장치.
