Claims (3)
- 엔진의 피스톤 헤드에 형성된 링 그루브와, 상기 링 그루브에 끼워지는 피스톤 링이 포함된 피스톤 링 압축 구조에 있어서, 상기 링 그루브의 내측 외주면에 설치되어 피스톤의 온도 변화에 따라 팽창 수축되는 부피 가변재와, 상기 부피 가변재 둘레에 위치되고, 외향 절곡된 플레이트 링과, 상기 플레이트 링 둘레에 위치되어 실린더 내벽에 압축되는 피스톤 링으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 링 압축 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트 링은 상기 피스톤링의 내주면이 끼워져서 탄성력을 갖도록 그 절단면이 'ㄷ'자 형에서 일정 각만큼 벌어지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 링 압축 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부피 가변재는 팽창 수축이 용이하고, 반고용체로 된 왁스(Wax)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 링 압축 구조.
