본 발명은 우리나라 국민이 즐겨먹는 콩나물 및 숙주나물의 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 최근 크게 논란이 되고 있는 콩나물의 농약 잔류문제를 해결하기 위하여 개발한 무공해 콩나물 재배방법이다.The present invention relates to a cultivation method of bean sprouts and host sprouts that Koreans enjoy eating, and is a pollution-free sprout cultivation method developed to solve the pesticide residue problem of soybean sprouts, which has been greatly controversial in recent years.
본 발명의 재배 방법은 정선된 콩종자를 콩나물 재배 용기에 넣고 20。C의 재배사에서 20.ppm의 오존수를 하루에 5분간씩 6회 살수를 한다음, 종자가 충분히 흡수를 하여 발아가 시작될 무렵부터 1.3ppm의 오존수를 매일 3분간씩 6회 살수를 하며, 4일후에 콩나물이 충분히 자라면 다시 2.0ppm의 오존수를 1회 3분간 더 살수를 하여 재배함을 특징으로 하는 것이며, 이와같이 오존수로 재배되는 본 발명은 정선된 콩종자를 침지처리를 거처지 않고 곧바로 재배사에서 콩나물 재배용기에 넣은 다음 오존수를 살수시켜 재배하므로써 콩나물 재배의 전과정을 4일만에 마칠수가 있으며 상품성이 우수한 콩나물을 생산할 수가 있는 것으로, 본 발명의 오존수 재배방법은 특히 농산물이 부패하기 쉬운 여름철에 효과가 크며 재배중에 부패가 전혀 발생되지 않아 신선한 콩나물을 제공할 수가 있을 뿐만아니라 유통기간을 종래 일반 재배콩나물에 비하여 4 ∼ 5일간 연장시킬 수 있는 이점이 있고 농약 잔류성분이 전혀 없는 무공해 콩나물을 제공할 수 있는 등의 장점이 있는 것이다.In the cultivation method of the present invention, the selected soybean seeds are placed in a bean sprout cultivation container and sprayed 20.ppm ozonated water 6 times a day for 5 minutes in a 20 ° C cultivator, and the seeds are sufficiently absorbed to start germination. 콩나물은 우리나라에서 연간 소비량이 4000억원에 달할 정도로 각 가정의 식단에서 빼놓을 수 없는 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 채소로서, 유통 도중에 부패되는 것을 막기 위하여 농약을 사용하는 경우가 많고 설사 농약을 사용하지 않는다 하더라도 수입콩을 종자로 사용하는 경우 수입콩에서 농약이 검출되어 사회적으로 물의를 일으키는 일이 자주 발생하였고, 또한 최근에는 수입콩을 종자로 하여 콩나물을 생산하기 때문에 국산콩에 비해 부패율이 아주 높아 살균제를 사용하지 않으면 재배가 어려운 실정이 었다.Soybean sprouts are an important vegetable in the family's diet, with annual consumption of 400 billion won in Korea.
