Claims (3)
- 조직배양법에 의해 발근묘를 얻고 이를 경화시켜 무병의 양액 재배묘를 얻고, 무병의 양액 재배묘를 물 속에서 기포발생기에 의해 산소를 공급하면서 배양하여 뿌리를 발생시키고, NH4약 1.2me/ℓ NO3약 10.0me/ℓ, P 약 3.0me/ℓ, K 약 7.0me/ℓ, Ca 약 5.0me/ℓ,Mg 약 1.2me/ℓ, Fe 약 2.0me/ℓ, B 약 0.5ppm, Mn 약 0.5ppm, Zn 약 0.05ppm, Cu 약 0.05ppm 및 Mo 약 0.01ppm을 포함하며, 질산태 질소와 암모니아태 질소의 비율이 악 7 : 3인 양액을 베드(bed) 저면 물흘림 방식으로 불연속적으로 공급하여 감자 괴경의 부패 또는 피목 비대를 방지하고, 괴경 형성기에 생장조절제를 저농도로 첨가하여 괴경 형성을 촉진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 괴경이 큰 무병의 씨감자 생산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 괴경 형성기에 첨가되는 생장조절제는 쿠마린, 2-클로 로에틸트리메틸암모늄 또는 6-벤질아미노퓨린이며, 그 사용량은 각각 약 20ppm, 약 0.5ppm, 또는 약 1ppm임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양액은 45분 간격으로 15분씩 급액됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
