Abstract

일반적인 인테리어 장식판재의 시공방법은 벽면이나 천정면에 각목으로 격자형이나 합판을 착설하여 장식판재를 한 장씩 수공으로 시공하므로 인하여 줄눈이나 간격이 맞지 않으며 교체할 수 없으며, 시공기간이 길어 인건비가의 상승으로 인하여 공사비가 비싼 결점인 문제점이 있으나 본 고안은 이런 결점을 해소한 그래프 홈판에 관한 것으로서 다수세로홈선(2)과 다수가로홈선(3)을 상하좌우 형성하여 꼭지점에 대각홈선(4)을 형성하고 교차점에 상하좌우로 가로홈선(3)과 세로홈선(2)을 형성한 그래프 홈판으로서 여러모양 장식판재를 착설할 수 있는 시공이 간편한 그래프 홈판으로써 인테리어 공사의 현실적으로 유용한 고안이다.

본 고안은 건축물의 실내 벽면이나 천정 등에 다양한 모양의 인테리어 장식판재를 기능공이 아니어도 손쉽게 시공할 수도 있으며 주거하다가 장식판재를 교체할 시에도 용이하게끔 설계한 인테리어 그래프 홈판에 관한 것이다.
종래의 인테리어 장식판재의 일반적인 시공방법을 설명드리면, 콘크리트 벽면이나 천정벽면이나 장식판재에 맞게 각목, 격자틀을 착설해 시공하거나 격자틀위에 합판을 착설하여 장식판재를 한장씩 착설하는 시공방법으로 인하여 좌우 상하 줄눈과 간격이 맞지 않는등 시공상에 문제점이 많으며, 또한 실내장식 인건비가 고가이며 시공기간이 많이 소요가 돼 인테리어 장식공사비가 터무니 없이 비싼 원인이 돼왔으며 또한 주거하다가 색채나 장식판재의 문형이나 여러가지 이유로 교체할 시에 일부적으로 교체하기가 어려워 전체적인 재공사를 해야하는 경우가 많았으나 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하고자 안출된 것으로서 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
다수 세로홈선(2)과 다수 가로홈선(3)을 같은 간격으로 상하좌우 홈선을 형성하면 다수의 정사각 홈형이 형성되며 각 꼭지점마다 대각홈선(4)을 형성한후 교차 중심에 세로홈선(2)과 가로홈선(3)을 상하좌우로 형성하면 제1도 및 제2도와 같은 홈선을 금형으로 형성하여 PVC나 석고보드, 하드보드등 재질에 판 압인 사출하면 인테리어 그래프홈판(1)이 형성되어 제5도와 같은 여러 모양의 장식판재를 기능공이 아니어도 손쉽게 시공할 수 있으며 장식판재를 교체하기가 용이하며, 장식판재도 금형의 사출판재로 인하여 장식미와 좌우상하 눈줄이나 간격이 일정하여 고급스러운 장식미를 연출할 수 있으며 시공기간을 줄일수 있어 인테리어 공사를 저렴한 공사가로 공사할 수 있어 경쟁력이 강한 인테리어 그래프 홈판이다.

  1. 다수 세로홈선(2)와 다수 가로홈선(3)을 상하좌우 교차하여 정사각홈선에 꼭지점 대각홈선(4)을 형성하여 교차점에 세로홈선(2)과 가로홈선(3)을 상하좌우 형성한 인테리어 그래프 홈판.
