Abstract

본 고안은 공장을 비롯하여 창고나 주택을 건축할 때 사용하는 보온단열 벽판에 관한 것으로 얇은 스레이트판으로된 내판(1)과 두터운 스레이트판으로된 외판(3) 사이에 일정 두께의 발포수지제 속판(2)을 개입하여 3자를 접착제로 접착시켜 일체가 되게 한 다음 판제의 일측으로 결합돌부(a)를 형성하고 타측에 결합홈(b)을 형성하며 외판(3) 내에는 금속제 다공망으로되는 보강심판(4)을 넣어 일체로 구성시키고 표면에는 천연석재 파쇠물이나 돌가루와 같은 외장재(5)를 도포하여 구성되는 것으로 사용하기 좋고 용이하도록 되는 것이다.

본 고안은 공장을 비롯하여 창고나 주택을 건축할 때 사용하는 보온단열 벽판에 관한 것인데 보다 구체적인 것은 벽돌을 사용하지 아니하고 보온단열벽판을 바로 벽체로 시공하여 신속하고 실용적으로 건축이 가능토록 한 것이다.
종래의 벽판을 합판종류나 외장판 또는 내장판 등으로 구분되어 있으므로 건축 공사시에 일일이 용도에 맞는 벽재를 선택시공하는 실정에 있고 이로 인하여 가격부담이 크고 작업이 번거로운 현실에 있다.
본 고안은 위와 같은 종래의 결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 이를 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도와 제2도는 본 고안의 구성이 예시되고 있다. 즉, 본 고안의 벽판은 얇은 스레이트판으로된 내판(1)과 두터운 스레이트판으로된 외판(3) 사이에 일정 두께의 발포수지제 속판(2)을 개입하여 3자를 접착제로 접착시켜 일체가 되게 한 다음 판제의 일측으로 결합돌부(a)를 형성하고 타측에 결합홈(b)를 형성하며 외판(3) 내에는 금속제 다공망으로 되는 보강심판(4)을 넣어 일체로 구성시키고 표면에는 천연석재 파쇠물이나 돌가루와 같은 외장재(5)를 도포하여 접착시킨 구성으로 되는 것이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 스레이트판으로된 내판(1)과 외판(3) 사이에 일정두께의 스티로폴 발포수지판으로된 속판(2)이 개입되어 접착재에 의거 일체로 접착되므로 하나의 벽판이 형성되어 내구적이고 단열보온력이 우수한 벽재를 만들 수 있고 속판의 두께를 필요한대로 조정할 수 있어 용도에 적합한 벽판제작이 가능하며 외판(3) 속에는 스레이트판을 만들 때 다공망체로 된 보강심판(4)을 개입하여 일체로 만든 것을 사용하기 때문에 외판(3)이 견고하고 내구적으로 되는 이점이 있고 결합부에는 보강판이 절곡되어 이중판(4')(4)으로 되어 있으므로 피스보울트를 나착할 때보다 견고한 체결이 가능케 되어 시공이 견고한 장점을 얻을 수 있으며 건축물의 외벽에 별도로 보온단열장치를 할 필요가 없기 때문에 경제적인 장점이 있고 합판처럼 규격을 크게 만들 수 있어 취급하기 좋으며 외장재(5)의 도포가 용이하므로 다양한 벽판재를 만들 수 있는 이점을 얻는 것이다.

  1. 얇은 스레이트판으로 된 내판(1)과 두터운 스레이트판으로된 외판(2) 사이에 일정 두께의 발포수지제 속판(3)을 개입하여 3자를 접착제로 접착시켜 일체가 되게 한 다음 판제의 일측으로 결합돌부(a)를 형성하고 타측에 결합홈(b)을 형성하며 외판(3) 내에는 금속제 다공망으로 되는 보강심판(4)을 넣어 일체로 구성시키고 표면에는 천연석재 파쇠물이나 돌가루와 같은 외장재(5)를 도포하여 접착시킨 건축용 보온단열 벽판.
