Abstract

본 고안은, 종래 와이퍼의 아암헤드에 흐트러짐이 발생하여 조립작업을 어렵게 했던 문제점을 해결 보완하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 아암헤드의 흐트러짐을 방지하는 동시에 와이퍼지지구에 걸리는 스프링의 힘을 극복할 수 있도록 와이퍼지지구와 아암헤드의 연결부위에 고정구를 결합하여서 된 자동차용 와이퍼의 아암헤드 고정수단을 제공한다.

본 고안은, 자동차용 와이퍼에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 와이퍼의 조립시에 있어서 아암헤드의 흐트러짐을 방지하는 동시에 와이퍼지지구에 걸리는 스프링의 힘을 극복할 수 있도록 와이퍼지지구와 아암헤드의 연결부위에 고정구를 결합함으로서 상기의 문제점을 해결할 수 있도록 된 자동차용 와이퍼의 아암헤드 고정수단에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 와이퍼를 자동차에 조립시에는 와이퍼지지구와 아암헤드를 결합시킨 상태로 조립을 하였기 때문에 아암헤드의 흐트러짐 현상이 발생하였는바, 이는 연결부위에 결합되는 스프링의 탄력에 의해 나타나는 현상이며, 상기와 같은 현상에 의해 와이퍼의 조립작업이 매우 번거롭고 불편해지는 문제점을 가지고 있었다.
이러한 종래의 문제점 등을 해결보완하기 위한 본 고안의 목적은, 와이퍼를 조립시에 와이퍼의 아암헤드가 스프링의 힘에 의해 흐트러지는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는데 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은, 와이퍼지지구와 아암헤드의 연결부위에 일측탄편과 타측탄편을 저부에 형성하고 있는 고정구를 결합시킴을 그 특징으로 한다.
이하, 첨부된 도면에 의해 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
와이퍼의 와이퍼지지구(4)와 아암헤드(5)의 연결부위에 고정구(1)를 결합시키되 고정구(1)의 일측탄편(2)은 아암헤드(5)의 저면을 탄지하도록 하고, 타측탄편(3)은 와이퍼지지구(4)의 저면을 탄지토록 된 구성이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 본 고안의 고안의 고정구(1)를 와이퍼지지구(4)와 아암헤드(5)의 연결부위에 결합시키면, 일측, 타측탄편(2)(3)의 확실한 탄지작용에 의해 지지구(4)와 아암헤드(5)를 일직선상으로 펴주기 때문에 아암헤드(5)의 흐트러짐이 바로잡히게 되고 따라서 와이퍼를 자동차에 부착할때의 작업이 매우 편리하여지고 간단하여지게 된다.

  1. 와이퍼의 와이퍼지지구(4)와 아암헤드(5)의 연결부위에 고정구(1)를 결합시키되 고정구(1)의 일측탄편(2)은 아암헤드(5)의 저면을 탄지하도록 하고, 타측탄편(3)은 와이퍼지지구(4)의 저면을 탄지토록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 와이퍼의 아암헤드 고정수단.
