Abstract

본 고안은 차량의 포그램프(fog lamp)에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 프런트 범퍼 하단부에 장착되어 있는 포그램프를 차량실내에서 조절(aiming) 할 수 있는 포그램프 조절장치에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은 운전석측의 크래쉬패드에 조절손잡이를 착설시키고, 상기 조절손잡이를 회전시켜 포그램프의 리플렉터를 미동시키므로 운전자가 원활하게 원하는 포그램프각을 조절할 수 있게 된다.

본 고안은 차량의 포그램프(fog lamp)에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 프런트 범퍼 하단부에 장착되어 있는 포그램프를 차량실내에서 조절(aiming) 할 수 있는 포그램프 조절장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 포그램프(fog lamp)는 안개가 끼거나 비나 눈이 내릴때, 전조등의 조명효과가 나쁜 경우에 보조전조등으로 사용되는데 포그램프의 주광축이 위로 향하게 되면 포그램프의 입자에 의해 난 반사를 일으켜 운전자의 시계(視界)를 방해하므로 포그램프를 차체에 부착할때는 주광축이 위로 향하지 않도록 하여야 한다.
종래에는 포그램프를 조절하는 조절단자가 포그램프의 렌즈부위에 설치되거나 포그램프 하우징의 근접부에 장착되어 있어 운전자가 차량외부에서 조절하여야 하는 불편함이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 본 고안의 목적은 포그램프를 차량실내에서 조절할 수 있는 조절장치를 제공하는데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 크래쉬패드에 삽입장착되는 조절볼트에 결합되어 조절볼트의 회전에 따라 전,후진 하는 조절너트(aiming nut)와, 상기 조절너트에 착설된 로드(lod)가 삽입되는 안내홀이 구비되며 상하단에 리플렉터브라케트에 연결된 와이어(wire)가 착설되고 중심부가 힌지(Hinge)에 의해 고정되어 안내판브라케트(braket)에 체결되는 조절안내판으로 구성된다.
이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도 및 제2도를 참조하여 설명하면, 프런트범퍼(10)의 하단부에 설치되어지는 포그램프(fog lamp)(20)의 리플렉터(reflector)(30)에는 피봇고정보스(32)가 착설되어 있는 하우징(34)이 접속되며, 상기 피봇고정보스(32)에 접속결합된 피봇(36)은 리플렉터브라케트(38)와 고정너트(39)에 의해 일체로 결합된다.
상기 피봇(36)의 일측단은 하우징(Housing)(34)에 삽입결합되며, 리플렉터브라케트(38)의 양측단에는 와이어(wire)(42)가 접속되어 있어 하우징(34)에 형성되어진 텐션커버(40)를 통해 조절안내판(50)의 양측단에 각각 접속결합된다.
상기 텐션커버(40)는 하우징(34)과 안내판브라케트(52) 사이에 위치되어지며, 상기 안내판브라케트(52)에는 조절볼트고정보스(54)와 안내판고정판(56)가 근접되게 장착된다.
상기 조절볼트고정보스(54)에는 조절볼트(58)가 볼트결합되어지며, 조절볼트의 나사산 중심부에는 조절너트(60)가 로드(62)와 함께 결합되어져 있다.
또한 상기 안내판고정판(56)에는 힌지(64)에 의해 조절안내판(50)이 체결되며, 상기 조절안내판(50)의 중심면에는 안내홀(66)이 구비되어 조절너트(60)에 착설된 로드(62)가 삽입되어지며 따라서 조절안내판(50)과 조절너트(60)가 상호 연동동작을 하게 된다.
그리고 상기 조절볼트(58)의 일측단은 크래쉬패드(crash pad)(70)에 삽입고정되며, 단부에는 조절손잡이(68)가 구비되어, 운전석에서 조절손잡이(68)를 회전시켜 포그램프(20)의 리플렉터(30)를 동작시켜 반사각을 조절하게 된다.
일실시예를 통해 상세히 설명하면, 크래쉬패드(70)에 설치된 조절손잡이(68)를 임의의 방향으로 회전하게 되면 조절볼트(58)가 회전하고 상기 조절볼트(58)의 나사산에 결합된 조절너트(60)가 나사산을 따라 전,후진 이동하게 된다.
상기 조절너트(60)가 이동하게 되면 조절너트(60)에 접속된 로드(62)도 함께 연동하여 로드(62)가 안내홀(66)을 따라 이동하므로 조절안내판(50)을 힌지(64)를 축으로 회전시키게 된다.
상기 조절안내판(50)이 힌지(64)를 축으로 회전하면 조절안내판의 양측단에 접속된 와이어(42)에 의해 리플렉터브라케트(38)가 미동을 하므로서 리플렉터브라케트(38)와 일체로 형성된 리플렉터(30)를 조절할 수 있게 된다.
이상 설명에서 알 수 있는 바와같이, 본 고안은 운전석측의 크래쉬패드에 조절손잡이를 착설시키고, 상기 조절손잡이를 회전시켜 포그램프의 리플렉터를 미동시키므로 운전자가 원활하게 원하는 포그램프각을 조절할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차량의 프런트범퍼(front bumper)근접부에 설치되는 포그램프에 있어서, 차량실내에서 조절하는 조절손잡이가 크래쉬패드에 삽입장착되도록 일측단에 결합된 조절볼트와, 상기 조절볼트에 결합되며 몸통중심부에 로드가 체결되어 조절안내판과 체결되어 조절볼트의 회전에 따라 전,후진 하는 조절너트(aiming nut)와, 기 조절너트에 착설된 로드(lod)가 삽입되는 안내홀이 구비되며 상하단에 리플렉터브라케트에 연결된 와이어(wire)가 착설되고 중심부가 힌지(Hinge)에 의해 고정되어 안내판브라케트(braket)에 체결되는 조절안내판으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포그램프의 차량실내 조절(aiming)장치.
