Abstract
본 고안은 흡음기능을 갖는 건축용 패널에 관한 것으로, 종래의 경우 패널의 시공후 표면부재에서 음의 반사와 공명현상이 발생하여 이를 방지하고자 별도의 흡음시공이 필요하였던바, 이를 해소하고자 본 고안의 경우 패널자체에 흡음기능을 갖도록 흡음보드를 내장한 상태로 미리 제작하여 패널의 시공후 별도의 흡음시공을 행하지 않아도 되므로 시공이 간편하여 건축용 패널분야에 경제적으로 활용할 수 있는데 그 특징이 있다.
Description

본 고안은 흡음기능을 갖는 건축용 패널에 관한 것으로, 특히 실내측에 위치하게 되는 강판에 다수의 개공을 형성하고 개공의 내측엔 흡음보드를 내장설치하여 시공후에 별도의 흡음공사를 하지 않더라도 사용이 가능한 건축용 패널에 관한 것이다.
최근 조립식 패널의 경우 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이 강판등으로 이루어지는 양표면부재(10, 30)사이에 폴리스티렌폼, 우레탄폼등의 단열재(20)를 충진하여 이루어지는바, 이러한 종래의 건축용 패널을 뛰어난 단열,보온효과에 의한 에너지 절약, 견고한 강도, 경제적인 시공비용, 위생적인 환경유지등과 같은 우수한 효과로 인하여 일반주택을 비롯하여 공장, 강당, 체육관등의 대규모 건물시공에 다양하게 이용되고 있다.
그러나 이러한 형태의 건축용 패널은 표면부재(10, 30)가 대부분 아연도금강판등의 소재로 이루어져 실내에서 소음이 발생하는 장소, 예를 들면 강당, 체육관, 각종공장등에 있어서는 실내에서 발생되는 소음이 이들 표면부재(10, 30)중 실내측에 위치한 표면부재(30)에서 반사와 공명현상이 발생하고 이에 따라 실내환경이 나빠지는 결과를 초래하게 된다.
그리하여 종래에는 이를 방지하기 위한 목적으로 실내측 표면부재(30)의 표면에 흡음목적의 표면처리시공을 별도로 행하거나 아니면 긴 천을 일정간격으로 다수 매어달거나 하는등 적절한 시공을 행하고 있으나 시공의 난이도로 인하여 전체적인 작업성이 떨어지는 문제점과 별도흡음시공에 의한 시공비용의 가중 문제점등이 발생하고 있다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래문제를 해소하고자 연구 개발된 것으로서 건축용 패널자체에 흡음기능을 갖도록 미리 흡음보드를 내장한 상태로 제작함으로써, 건축용 패널만 시공하고 흡음목적의 별도시공을 행하지 않더라도 적정의 흡음효과를 얻을 수 있어 시공이 간편하고 경제적으로 활용이 가능하도록 하고자 하는데 주 목적이 있다.
이하 첨부한 도면에 의거 본 고안에 대하여 보다 상세히 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
강판이나 기타소재로 이루어지는 양측 표면부재(10, 30)의 내부에 폴리스티렌폼, 우레탄폼등의 단열재(20)를 충진하여 이루어지는 통상의 건축용패널에 있어서, 양측표면부재(10, 30)중 실내측에 위치하게되는 일측표면부재(30)에 다수의 개공(40)을 형성하고, 개공(40)부위의 내측엔 흡음보드(50)를 설치하고 양측표면부재(10, 30)사이에 단열재(20)의 충진이 이루어지도록 하여 이루어진다.
이때 흡음보드(50)는 흡음효과가 비교적 우수한 그라스울(Glass wool)등을 사용함이 바람직하고, 필요시엔 제4도에 도시한 바와같이 흡음보드(50)의 어느 일측에 천이나 고무쉬이트같은 보호막(55)을 개재시키거나 제5도에 도시한 바와같이 양측에 보호막(55, 55)을 개재시켜 제작시 흡음보드(50)를 보호하면서 흡음효과를 얻도록 할 수 있다.
물론 제2도 및 제3도에 도시한 예는 양측 표면부재(10, 30)와 내부 단열재(20)가 특정단면 형태의 것을 예시하였으나 일반적으로 건축용패널의 경우엔 양측표면부재내측에 단열재를 충진한 타입으로서 다양한 단면형태가 알려져 있는바, 이러한 다양한 형태의 기존패널에도 본 고안은 적용이 가능하다. 또한 개공(40)의 형태는 패널의 강도나 흡음효과에 크게 영향을 주지 않는 한 타원형이나 기타적정의 형태로 응용하여 활용할 수 있겠다.
다음은 전술한 바와같이 이루어진 본 고안의 작용 및 효과에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.
우선 본 고안인 건축용 패널의 제조과정중 바람직한 일례를 살펴보면 양측 표면부재(10, 30)를 준비하되 시공시 실내측에 위치하는 표면부재(30)에 다수의 개공(40)을 미리 타공하고 소정형태로 절곡후 개공(40)부위의 내측에 미리 준비한 흡음보드(50)를 접합한 다음 양측표면부재(10, 30)사이를 일정간격 띄운 상태에서 이를테면 폴리우레탄폼을 발포시켜 단열재(20)를 충진하면 된다.
상기와 같이 제조가 이루어진 건축용 패널을 건축물에 종래와 같이 시공하게 되면 실내측엔 내부에 흡음보드(50)가 설치된 개공(40)부위가 위치하게 되므로 실내로 부터 발생되는 소음이 이들 개공(40)에 도달하게 되고 개공(40)을 경유 흡음보드(50)에 이르러 흡수가 되어지게 된다.
따라서 본 고안인 건축용 패널은 패널자체에 흡음기능을 갖게 됨으로써 종래와 같이 흡음목적의 별도시공을 행하지 않더라도 단지 본 고안인 패널만을 시공하면 되므로 시공이 간편하고 적정의 흡음효과를 갖게 되며 경제적으로 활용할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.
Claims (4)
- 강판이나 기타소재로 이루어지는 양측표면부재의 내부에 폴리스티렌폼, 폴리우레탄폼등의 단열재를 충진시켜 이루어지는 통상의 건축용 패널에 있어서, 양측표면부재중 실내측에 위치하게 되는 일측표면부재에 다수의 개공을 형성하고, 개공부위의 내측엔 흡음보드를 설치하고 상기 양측표면부재사이에 단열재의 충진이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음기능을 갖는 건축용 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡음보드가 글라스울로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 패널.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡음보드의 어느 일측에 보호막을 개재시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 패널.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡음보드의 양측에 보호막을 개재시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 패널.
