Claims (2)
- 마이크로파 관에 있어서, 전자빔을 방출하는 캐소드와, 상기 캐소드에서 방출된 전자빔이 이동하도록 드리프트 통로(12)를 형성한 드리프트 튜브(11)와, 상기 드리프트 통로(12)를 이동한 전자빔을 수집함과 동시에 전자빔 충돌면(45a)과 영구자석(24)의 간격을 넓히는 컬렉터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컬렉터는 전자빔을 수집하는 컬렉터 플레이트(45)와, 상기 컬렉터 플레이트(45)의 열을 전달받아서 열을 외부로 방출하는 방열 플레이트(47) 및 상기 영구자석(24)에 상기 컬렉터 플레이트(45)의 열이 전달되지 않도록 상기 컬렉터 플레이트(45)와 상기 영구자석(24)의 간격을 넓히는 열 형상 기억 합금(49)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 관.
