- 다수개의 튜브채널(101)이 구비된 튜브(100)와, 상기 튜브(100)를 통과한 전자들을 수집하는 컬렉터(50)와, 상기 컬렉터(50)와 캐소드(30)의 외주에 배설되어 캐소드(30)에서 방출된 전자들이 상기 컬렉터(50)로 향하는 방향과 상기 전자들이 이루는 방향을 일정하게 유지케 하는 자력발생수단(40)과, 상기 자력발생수단(40)에 의해 발생된 자속을 상기 튜브(100)내의 공간으로 가이드 하면서 튜브(100)내에 일정하게 분포되도록 튜브의 양단에 배설된 제1 및 제2폴피스(91)(92)와, 상기 제1 및 제2폴피스(91)(92)를 통과한 전자빔(107)을 집속하는 컬렉터플레이트(51)와, 상기 컬렉터플레이트(51)에 도달되는 전자빔(107)의 진행속도를 저하시키는 동전위블럭(180)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티빔 클라이스트론.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 등전위블럭은 전위차를 각각 달리한 캐소드블럭(150), 에노드블럭(160) 및 컬렉터블럭(170)의 등전위블럭(180)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티빔 클라이스트론.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드블럭(150)과 에노드블럭(160) 사이에는 상기 캐소드블럭(150)과 에노드블럭(160)의 사이를 절연하도록 캐소드절연세라믹(155)이 배설되어 있고, 상기 에노드블럭(160)과 컬렉터블럭(170) 사이에는 상기 에노드블럭(160)과 컬렉터블럭(170) 사이를 절연하도록 컬렉터절연세라믹(175)이 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티빔 클라이스트론.
