Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 본 고안이 속한 기술 분야
본 고안은 광자기 디스크의 정보재생 장치인 레이저 픽업의 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈 홀더 장치에 관한 것이다.
2. 본 고안이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제
본 고안은 렌즈홀더 하단에 밸런스 웨이트를 일체로 형성하여 일정한 주파수 특성을 갖도록 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더 장치를 제공함에 있다.
3. 본 고안의 해결방법 및 요지
레이저 픽업의 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더에 있어서 상기 렌즈홀더 하단에 무게중심과 질량중심을 맞추기 위한 밸런스 웨이트를 일체화로 형성하여 렌즈홀더가 포커스 방향과 트래킹 방향으로 정확히 운동하여 우수한 주파수 특성을 갖도록 한것이다.
4. 고안의 중요한 용도
광자기 디스크의 정보재생 장치인 레이저 픽업의 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더로서 렌즈홀더에 밸런스 웨이트를 일체로하여 전자기장에 의해 포커스 방향과 트래킹 방향으로 운동하며 디스크의 정보기록 면인 피드에 레이저빔을 정확히 투사하여 주파스 특성을 균일하게 하는 것이다.

제 1 도는 종래의 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더 평면도 및 정면도.
제 2 도는 본 고안의 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더 평면도 및 정면도.

본 고안은 광자기 디스크의 정보재생 장치인 레이적 픽업의 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더 장치에 관한것이다.
종래에는 제 1 도에 도시한 바와 같이 디스크 추적장치인 구동부는 엑츄에이터(4)와 결합된 렌즈홀더(1) 상부에는 대물렌즈(3)를 설치하고 하단에는 균형을 맞추기 위한 밸런스 웨이트(Balanc weight)(2)를 별도로 설치하며, 상기 렌즈홀더(1)에는 코일(5)과 자석(6)과 요크(7)를 설치한다.
상기 구동부의 엑츄에이터(4)를 중심으로 렌즈홀더(1)를 포커스 방향과 트랙킹 방향으로 구동 할때 무게 밸런스를 맞추기 위해 렌즈홀더(1) 하단에 별도의 밸런스 웨이트(2)를 부착하여 사용하였다. 상기와 같은 대물렌즈(3)를 안착한 렌즈홀더(1)는 코일(5)과 자석(6)등의 전자기장에 의해 포커스 방향인 상,하 운동을 하는 것이며, 트랙킹 방향인 좌,우 운동을 하게 되며, 이는 디스크의 정보기록면인 피트에 레이저 빔을 정확히 투사하기 위해 디스크의 외란에 대응하여 구동한다.
이때 이를 정확히 수행하기 위해 구동부의 우수한 주파수 특성을 갖어야 하는데 이때 주파수 이특성의 우수성을 위해 렌즈홀더(1)의 무게중심과 질량중심을 맞추기 위해 밸런스 웨이트(2)를 렌즈홀더(3) 하단에 설치하여 사용하는 것이다.
상기 밸런스 웨이트(2)는 렌즈홀더(1)와 별도록 보디로 구성되어 있기 때문에 디스크 자체의 진동 또는 외란에 대응하기 위해 구동부의 필수조건 중 사용 주파수 대역에서 주파수 특성의 균일성이 요구되는데 이는 렌즈홀더의 강성, 상, 하, 좌, 우의 운동시 각 주파수에서 부공진이 발생하지 않게 하기 위한 밸런스 웨이트 등에 기인한다.
그러나 렌즈홀더 하단에 별도로 밸런스 웨이트를 부착하므로 원가가 상승되고, 생산성이 저하되며, 일정하지 않은 주파수 특성등에 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로, 본 고안의 목적은 렌즈홀더의 사출시 밸런스 웨이트의 기능을 하는 부분을 일체화 하여 우수한 주파수 특성을 갖도록 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더 장치를 제공함에 있다.
본 고안의 다른 목적은 렌즈홀더 하단에 밸런스 웨이트를 일체로 형성하여 일정한 주파수 특성과 원가절감과 생산성을 향상 시킬수 있는 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더 장치를 제공함에 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해서 본 고안은 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더 하단에 밸런스 웨이트를 일체로 형성하여 일정한 주파수 특성을 갖도록 함을 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예가 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명되어 질 것이다.
제 2 도를 참조하여 본 고안의 구성을 설명하면, 레이저 픽업의 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더(11) 양측에는 엑츄에이터(14)를 고정하고, 상기 렌즈홀더(1)에 코일(15)을 설치하며, 전,후에은 요크(17)와 자석(16)을 설치하고, 상부면에는 대물렌즈(13)를 설치하고, 상기 렌즈홀더(11) 하단에는 균형을 맞추기 위한 밸런스 웨이트(12)를 일체로 형성되게 구성된 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 및 효과는 다음과 같다.
레이저 픽업의 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더 장치에서 대물렌즈(13)를 안착한 렌즈홀더(11)는 코일(15)과 자석(16)등의 전자기장에 의해 엑츄에이터(14)를 중심으로 포커스 방향인 상,하 운동을 하며, 트랙킹 방향인 좌,우 운동을 하게 되는것으로, 이는 렌즈홀더(11)의 대물렌즈(13)에서 디스크의 정보 기록 만인 피트에 레이저 빔을 정확하게 투사하기 위해 디스크의 외란에 대응하여 구동한다.
이때 이를 정확히 수행하기위해 구동부의 우수한 주파수 특성을 갖어야 하는데 이때 주파수 특성의 우수성을 위해 렌즈홀더(11)의 무게중심과 질량중심으로 맞추어야 하므로 밸런스 웨이트(12)를 렌즈홀더(11) 하단에 일체화되게 사출시 형성하는 것이다.
상기 밸런스 웨이트(12)를 렌즈홀더(11) 하단에 일체화되게 형성함으로서 엑츄에이터(14)를 중심으로 렌즈홀더(11)의 무게중심과 질량중심을 균형있게 유지할 수 있어, 디스크 자체의 진동 또는 외란에 대응하기 위해 구동부의 필수조건중 사용주파수 대역에서 주파수 특성의 균일성을 유지하며 렌즈홀더(11)가 포커스 방향인 상,하 운동과 트래킹 방향인 좌,우 운동시 각 주파수에서 부 공진이 발생하지 않게 되는것이다.
상기와 같은 본 고안에 의하면 레이저 픽업의 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더가 무게중심과 질량중심을 일치시키기 위한 밸런스 웨이트를 렌즈홀더 하단에 일체화로 형성하여 원가를 절감시키며, 생산성을 향상시키고, 균일한 주파수 특성을 이룰수 있는 잇점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 레이저 픽업의 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더(11) 양측에는 엑츄에이터(14)를 고정하고, 상기 렌즈홀더(1)에 코일(15)을 설치하며, 전, 후에는 요크(17)와 자석(16)을 설치하고, 상부면에는 대물렌즈(13)를 설치한 디스크 추적장치에 있어서, 상기 렌즈홀더(11) 하단에 무게중심과 질량중심을 맞추기위한 밸런스웨이트(12)를 일체화되게 형성하여 상기 렌즈홀더(11)가 포커스 방향과 트래킹 방향으로 정확히 운동하여 우수한 주파수 특성을 갖도록 함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서 상기 렌즈 홀더(11)는 사출시 밸런스 웨이트(12)가 하단부에 돌출되도록 일체로 사출하여 형성한것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 추적장치인 구동부의 렌즈홀더 장치.
