Abstract
본고안은 라디에이터 서포트 로워 멤버(RADIATOR SUPPORT LOWER MEM BER)의 단면구조에 관한것으로, 차량의 전방충돌시 라디에이터 서포트 로워 멤버에서 충분한 충격 흡수가 가능하며 자체 강성을 유지할수 있도록 단면구조를 개선하여 실내의 승객에게 전달되는 충격을 최소화 할수 있도록 하였으며, 이를 위하여 라디에이터 서포트 로워 아웃터 멤버(2)의 전방부를 절곡연장시켜 충격흡수 공간는 확보시켰고, 배면에는 ㄴ자형 라디에이터 서포트 로워 인너멤버(5)를 융착고정하여 전방충돌 실내에 전달되는 충격을 최소화하며, 상측에 라이에이터 서포트 센터 멤버(13)의 고정설치가 별도의 부품없이 용이 하도록 된 라디에이터 서포트 로워 멤버의 단면구조에 관한 것이다.This article relates to the cross-sectional structure of the radiator support lower member, which is capable of absorbing sufficient shock from the radiator support lower member during frontal collision of the vehicle and improving the cross-sectional structure to maintain its own rigidity.
