본 고안은 역진방지장치를 갖춘 자동차의 수동변속기에 관한 것으로, 특히 수동변속기의 구동축상의 1단기어 측부에 역회전을 방지하는 일방향클러치를 장착시켜 1단 변속시 구동축의 역회전을 억제시켜 등판로의 정지후 재출발시 차체가 후방으로 밀려나지 않을 수 있도록 된 역진방지장치를 갖춘 자동차의 수동변속기에 관한 것이다. 주지된 바와 같이 자동차의 엔진룸에 장착된 변속기는 엔진과 추진축사이에 설치되어 엔진에서 발생되는 동력을 자동차의 주행상태에 알맞도록 그 회전력과 회전속도를 변환시켜 구동바퀴에 전달하는 기능을 하는 바, 이러한 변속기중에서 주행중변속을 운전자가 변속레버를 매번 조작하여 이루어지도록 된 수동변속기에서는 엔진으로부터 발생된 동력을 클러치를 거쳐 구동축이 받아 이를 변속기구의 조작에 따라 종동축의 해당기어로 전달시켜 차체를 구동시켜 왔다. 그런데 상기와 같은 수동변속기를 탑재하고 있는 자동차에서는 경사진 등판로의 주행시 기어의 1단변속을 위해 잠시 정지한 다음 1단변속후 재출발할 경우에 있어서, 엔진으로부터 발생되는 최초회전력이 차체가 뒤로 밀리거나 극단적인 경우 시동이 꺼지게 되는 단점이 있는데 이러한 것은 각 페달의 조작이 서투른 초보운전자나 여성운전자의 경우에는 빈번하게 발생되는 불편함이기도 하였다. 또한, 차체가 뒤로 밀릴 경우 뒤따르던 차량과의 접촉사고유발의 위험성도 가지고 있었다. 이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 제반 단점들을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 수동변속기의 구동축상에 역회전방지용 일방향클러치를 1단기어의 측부에 설치하여 1단기어의 변속기 이 일방향클러치도 동시에 구동축상에 체결되어 등판로에서 정지후 재출발시 차체가 후방으로 밀리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 된 역진방지장치를 갖춘 자동차의 수동변속기를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 구동축상에 1단기어와 후진기어 사이에 이 구동축과 일체를 이루는 스플라인이 형성되고, 이 스플라인측부에 삽입부를 일측에 갖추고서 내주면에 구동축상의 스플라인으로 결합되도록 스플라인이 형성되면서 외부에는 한방향으로만 회전을 가능케 해주는 일방향 클러치가 장착되어, 상기 일방향클러치의 측부에 일체로 형성된 삽입부와, 종동축상의 1/2단용 동기치합장치의 슬리브에 형성된 삽입부에는 변속레버의 스프트포크가 삽입되어 1단변속시 이들을 동시에 동작시키도록 구성되어 있다. 이하, 본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명한다.The present invention relates to a manual transmission of a vehicle equipped with a reverse prevention device, and in particular, by installing a one-way clutch to prevent the reverse rotation on the side of the first gear on the drive shaft of the manual transmission to prevent the reverse rotation of the drive shaft during the first gear shift It relates to a manual transmission of a vehicle equipped with a reverse prevention device to prevent the body from being pushed rearward after restarting.
