Abstract

본 고안은 본체에 고정되고 일측은 절곡되어 인쇄회로기판의 스루홀에 삽입 납땜되는 다수개의 도체핀 사이에 상기 도체핀들의 간격을 일정하게 유지하는 간격유지판을 설치하여 외부충격에도 본체에 삽입고정된 다수개의 도체핀의 간격이 일정하게 유지하는 신호입출력용 콘넥터에 관한 것이다.

본 고안은 시스템의 인쇄회로기판에 장착되어 전기적인 신호를 입출력하는 콘넥터에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 인쇄회로기판의 스루홀(through hole)에 삽입되어 납땜되는 다수개의 도체핀 간격을 일정하게 유지할 수 있는 신호 입출력용 콘넥터에 관한 것이다.
종래의 콘넥터는 다수개의 도체핀(1a)열이 본체(1)에 관통삽입되어 고정되어 있으며, 상기 다수개의 도체핀(1a)의 일측단은 본체(7)의 길이 방향과 직각이 되도록 절곡되어 인쇄회로기판의 각 스루홀에 삽입되게 되어 있고, 상기 본체(7)와 소켓을 결합하는 체결부(1b)가 형성되어 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 콘넥터를 인쇄회로기판에 장착할 때 작업자는 인쇄회로기판에 형성된 다수개 스루홀 간격을 콘넥터의 각 도체핀의 간격과 일치되도록 다수개의 도체핀 간격을 맞추어야 하는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 고안은 상기와 같은 제반결점을 해소하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서, 본 고안의 목적은 인쇄회로기판의 스루홀에 삽입되어 납땜되는 다수개 도체핀 간격을 일정하게 유지하는 신호입출력용 콘넥터를 제공하는데 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안에 따른 신호입출력용 콘넥터는 본체에 고정되고 일축이 절곡되어 인쇄회로기판의 스루홀에 삽입납땜되는 다수개의 도체핀 사이에 상기 도체핀들의 간격을 일정하게 유지하는 간격유지판을 설치한 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 예시된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안을 더욱 상세히 설명한다.
제2도는 본 고안에 따른 신호 입출력용 콘넥터의 사시도이고, 제3도는 제2도에 도시된 콘넥터의 사시도이다.
제2도 및 제3도에서, 콘넥터(10)는 다수개의 도체핀(14)열이 관통삽입되어 고정된 본체(12)와, 상기 본체(12)에서 고정되고 일축이 본체(12) 길이방향과 직각이 되도록 절곡된 다수개의 도체핀(14)의 간격을 일정하게 유지하는 간격유지판(20)과 상기 본체(12)에 고정되어 상기 본체(12)와 소켓을 결합하는 체결부(16)로 구성되어 있다.
상기와 같이 다수개의 도체핀(14) 간격을 일정하게 유지하는 간격유지판(20)이 형성된 신호 입출력용 콘넥터는 외부에서 충격이 인가되어도 인쇄회로기판의 스루홀에 섭압 납땜되는 다수개의 도체핀(14)의 간격은 상기 간격유지판(20)에 의해서 일정하게 유지된다.
따라서, 콘넥터의 도체핀(14)들을 인쇄회로기판의 각 스루홀에 삽입할 때 작업자가 상기 다수개의 도체핀(14) 간격을 맞출 필요가 없기 때문에 삽입작업의 수율이 향상된다.
상술한 본 고안에 의하면 외부 충격에도 본체에 삽입 고정된 다수개의 도체핀의 간격이 일정하게 유지되므로 인쇄회로기판에 손쉽게 삽입할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 적어도 다수개의 도체핀을 설치한 본체와, 상기 도체핀의 간격을 일정하게 유지하기 위한 간격표지판을 포함하여 이루는 신호입출력용 콘넥터에 있어서, 상기 본체는 소켓과 결합하기 위한 체결부를 가지며, 상기 간격유지판은 도체핀의 설정간격에 대응하는 다수개의 구멍이 뚫려 있으며, 소정의 고정수단에 의하여 상기 본체에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입출력용 콘넥터.
