前記油分離器から前記圧縮機に冷凍機油を戻す返油経路と、
前記返油経路に配置され、前記返油経路に流れる流体の流量を調整可能に構成される流量調整装置と、
前記返油経路において前記流量調整装置の下流に配置される温度センサと、
前記温度センサの出力に応じて前記流量調整装置の開度を制御する制御装置とを備え
前記流量調整装置は、開度を変更することが可能に構成され、
前記制御装置は、前記温度センサで検出した温度と周囲温度との差が判定値よりも小さい場合に、前記流量調整装置の開度を可変範囲内で増加させた後、前記差が前記判定値よりも小さいか否かを判断する、冷熱源ユニット。
