concentrating the second portion of the cryogenic liquid at a location on the bottom of the cryogenic storage tank;
emptying the cryogenic storage tank of the second portion of the cryogenic liquid using a second pump positioned at the location, thereby leaving a residual portion of the cryogenic liquid therein; ,
including
further delivering heat only to said location using a centralized heating structure;
raising the temperature of the residual portion above the liquefying temperature using the centralized heating structure, thereby vaporizing all of the residual portion;
