Description
RFIDタグ用ICと前記RFIDタグ用ICが搭載された基板とを有するRFIDタグデバイスと、
アンテナ導体を含みかつ前記RFIDタグデバイスが固定されたシートアンテナと、
を備え、
前記基板は、
第1面導体と、
前記第1面導体と前記アンテナ導体との間に配置された第2面導体と、
前記第1面導体と前記第2面導体とを短絡させる短絡導体と、
を有し、
前記第2面導体のうち前記短絡導体の接続部から前記第2面導体の中央を向く方向が、前記アンテナ導体の長手方向を向いている。
RFIDタグ用ICと前記RFIDタグ用ICが搭載された基板とを有するRFIDタグデバイスと、
アンテナ導体と、
を備え、
前記基板は、
前記アンテナ導体とは逆方に配置される第1面導体と、
前記アンテナ導体に対向する第2面導体と、
前記第1面導体と前記第2面導体とを短絡する短絡導体と、
を有し、
前記第2面導体及び前記アンテナ導体の対向方向から見たときに、前記アンテナ導体における共振電波電圧の節の位置が、前記第2面導体の中央よりも前記短絡導体の逆方に位置する。
(実施形態1)
図8は、実施形態1に係るRFIDタグに含まれるRFIDタグデバイスを示す底面図である。
図9は、実施形態2に係るRFIDタグに含まれるRFIDタグデバイスを示す底面図である。
実施形態2のRFIDタグ1Fは、図9に示すように、RFIDタグデバイス20Fの第2方向X2が、シートアンテナ10のアンテナ導体12の長手方向X0(図1A、図1B)を向く。さらに、RFIDタグデバイス20Fは、第1面導体31又は第2面導体32がアンテナ導体12に対向するように、シートアンテナ10上に固定される。RFIDタグデバイス20Fは、第1面導体31又は第2面導体32がアンテナ導体12と電気的に接続されるようにシートアンテナ10上に固定されてもよいし、接着剤等を介して非導通にシートアンテナ10上に固定されてもよい。このように、RFIDタグデバイス20Fはシートアンテナ10に単純に固定することができ、かつ、両者の導通が必要でないことから、RFIDタグデバイス20Fとアンテナ導体12との接合の信頼性が向上する。
図10Aは、実施形態3に係るRFIDタグを示す縦断面図である。図10Bは、実施形態3に係るRFIDタグの比較例を示す縦断面図である。図10Aの例では、容量用面導体33と第2面導体32とが静電容量を構成するため、第1電極パッド34は容量用面導体33と接続導体43を介して接続されている。
図11Aは、実施形態4に係るRFIDタグを示す縦断面図である。図11Bは、実施形態4に係るRFIDタグの比較例を示す縦断面図である。

Claims (12)
- RFIDタグ用ICと前記RFIDタグ用ICが搭載された基板とを有するRFIDタグデバイスと、
アンテナ導体を含みかつ前記RFIDタグデバイスが固定されたシートアンテナと、
を備え、
前記基板は、
第1面導体と、
前記第1面導体と前記アンテナ導体との間に配置された第2面導体と、
前記第1面導体と前記第2面導体とを短絡させる短絡導体と、
を有し、
前記第2面導体のうち前記短絡導体の接続部から前記第2面導体の中央を向く方向が、前記アンテナ導体の長手方向を向いているRFIDタグ。 - 前記基板は、
前記第1面導体と前記第2面導体との間に配置された容量用面導体と、
前記容量用面導体と前記第1面導体又は前記第2面導体とを導通させる容量用接続導体と、を更に有し、
前記短絡導体から前記容量用接続導体を向く方向が、前記アンテナ導体の長手方向を向いている請求項1記載のRFIDタグ。 - 前記基板は、前記RFIDタグ用ICの第1端子が接続されて前記第1面導体又は前記容量用面導体に導通される第1電極と、前記RFIDタグ用ICの第2端子が接続されて前記第2面導体に導通される第2電極とを有し、
前記第1電極と前記短絡導体との距離は前記第2電極と前記短絡導体との距離よりも短く、前記第1電極と前記容量用接続導体との距離は前記第2電極と前記容量用接続導体との距離よりも長い、
請求項2記載のRFIDタグ。 - 前記容量用接続導体は前記第1面導体と前記容量用面導体とに接続され、
前記第2面導体と前記容量用面導体との組み合わせが静電容量を構成する、
請求項2又は請求項3に記載のRFIDタグ。 - 前記基板は、前記RFIDタグ用ICを収容する凹部を有し、
前記凹部の開口が、前記アンテナ導体とは反対側を向いている、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のRFIDタグ。 - 前記基板は、前記RFIDタグ用ICを埋め込んだモールド樹脂を有し、
前記モールド樹脂が、前記アンテナ導体とは反対側に配置されている、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のRFIDタグ。 - 前記アンテナ導体における少なくとも前記基板と対向する範囲の短手方向の幅寸が、前記第2面導体の前記短手方向の幅寸よりも小さい、
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のRFIDタグ。 - 前記基板に搭載され、所定の物理量を検出するセンサを更に備える、
請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のRFIDタグ。 - RFIDタグ用ICと前記RFIDタグ用ICが搭載された基板とを有するRFIDタグデバイスと、

を備え、
前記基板は、
前記アンテナ導体とは逆方に配置される第1面導体と、
前記アンテナ導体に対向する第2面導体と、
前記第1面導体と前記第2面導体とを短絡する短絡導体と、

前記第2面導体及び前記アンテナ導体の対向方向から見たときに、前記アンテナ導体における共振電波電圧の節の位置が、前記第2面導体の中央よりも前記短絡導体の逆方に位置するRFIDタグ。 - 前記共振電波電圧の節の位置は、前記アンテナ導体がダイポールアンテナである場合には中央、前記アンテナ導体がモノポールアンテナである場合には接地点である、
