Claims (8)
- セラミック基材の表面にレーザーを照射することで、前記表面において凹面が少なくとも一方向に延びて形成された溝を複数設け、前記表面において隣接する前記溝同士の間を平面とし、前記隣接する溝同士のピッチを0.05mm以上0.30mm以下とするセラミックのレーザー処理方法であって、
一の前記溝は、深くなるにつれて幅が狭くなり、前記一方向に直交する断面において最大幅で前記一の溝における深さ方向一方側に開口し、前記最大幅に対する深さの割合(アスペクト比)が0.5以上1.3以下であり、
前記凹面又は/及び前記平面から前記深さ方向に傾斜する方向に突出するバリが形成される場合であって、かつ、当該バリが前記深さ方向における前記凹面との間の空間を形成する溝閉塞部を有する場合において、前記断面における前記溝閉塞部の前記幅方向の長さを前記最大幅から引いた値の、前記最大幅に対する割合(開口率)を70%以上とすることを特徴とするセラミックのレーザー処理方法。 - 前記溝の形成に伴って前記セラミック基材の一部が溶融又は/及び蒸発したものを、前記表面において前記隣接する溝同士の間に雲状で堆積させることで、前記表面における前記溝同士の間の一部又は全部を粗面化させ、
前記割合(開口率)は、前記雲状に堆積した堆積物のうち前記空間を形成する部分を前記溝閉塞部とした上で70%以上にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックのレーザー処理方法。 - 前記複数設けられた溝は、直線状、曲線状又は円周状に処理パターン形成され、あるいは、互いに交差するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセラミックのレーザー処理方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のレーザー処理方法によりセラミック基材に溶射前処理を行い、当該溶射前処理により得られたレーザー処理セラミック部材に溶射処理を行うセラミックの溶射処理方法であって、
前記溶射処理は、前記レーザー処理セラミック部材に形成された前記溝に溶射材を充填させることで、当該溶射材と前記レーザー処理セラミック部材とを密着させるものであり、
一の前記溝におけるボイド面積率は20%以下であり、
当該ボイド面積率は、前記溶射材が前記溝に充填された状態における、前記一の溝の容積に対する当該一の溝内の空洞体積の割合であることを特徴とするセラミックの溶射処理方法。 - 基部の表面において凹面が少なくとも一方向に延びて形成された溝が複数設けられ、前記表面において隣接する前記溝同士の間が平面であり、前記隣接する溝同士のピッチが0.05mm以上0.30mm以下であるセラミック部材であって、
一の前記溝は、深くなるにつれて幅が狭くなり、前記一方向に直交する断面において最大幅で前記一の溝における深さ方向一方側に開口し、前記最大幅に対する深さの割合(アスペクト比)が0.5以上1.3以下であり、
前記凹面又は/及び前記平面から前記深さ方向に傾斜する方向に突出するバリが形成される場合であって、かつ、当該バリが前記深さ方向における前記凹面との間の空間を形成する溝閉塞部を有する場合において、前記断面における前記溝閉塞部の前記幅方向の長さを前記最大幅から引いた値の、前記最大幅に対する割合(開口率)が70%以上であることを特徴とするセラミック部材。 - 前記表面において、
前記隣接する溝同士の間が雲状に構成されていることで、前記表面における前記溝同士の間の一部又は全部が粗面化され、
前記割合(開口率)は、前記表面において前記雲状に構成された部分のうち前記空間を形成する部分を前記溝閉塞部とした上で70%以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセラミック部材。 - 前記複数設けられた溝は、直線状、曲線状又は円周状に処理パターン形成され、あるいは、互いに交差するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のセラミック部材。
- 請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック部材と、
当該セラミック部材に形成された前記溝に充填されて前記セラミック部材と密着した溶射材とを備え、
一の前記溝におけるボイド面積率は20%以下であり、
当該ボイド面積率は、前記溶射材が前記溝に充填された状態における、前記一の溝の容積に対する当該一の溝内の空洞体積の割合であることを特徴とする溶射処理セラミック部材。
