Abstract
Description
本願は、2018年3月30日に日本に出願された特願2018−070008号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
本実施形態に係る冷却システム1Aは、常温状態の天然ガスを予冷するシステムであり、図1に示すように、圧縮機2と、冷却器3と、熱交換装置5と、混合器6と、減圧装置7と、混合冷媒-二酸化炭素分離装置8と、溶媒-二酸化炭素分離装置9と、溶媒圧送装置10とを備えている。また、冷却システム1Aの下流側には、窒素を冷媒とする不図示の天然ガスの冷却システムが設けられている。
気化二酸化炭素流路5dには、混合冷媒-二酸化炭素分離装置8において分離された気体状態の二酸化炭素(約−55℃)が混合冷媒流路5cと同一方向より供給される。
溶媒流路5eには、約35℃の溶媒(メタノール、エタノール、アセトン等の液体)が天然ガスと同一方向より供給される。供給された溶媒は、溶媒流路5eを通過することにより、約−45℃まで冷却される。
昇圧二酸化炭素流路5fには、冷却器3を通過した約40℃、約10MPaGの昇圧二酸化炭素が天然ガスと同一方向より供給される。昇圧二酸化炭素は、昇圧二酸化炭素流路5fを通過することにより、約−45℃まで冷却される。
圧縮機2が駆動されることにより、二酸化炭素は、約10MPaまで昇圧され、昇圧二酸化炭素となる。昇圧二酸化炭素は、冷却器3を通過することにより冷却水で冷却され、約10MPaG、約40℃となる。
また、溶媒-二酸化炭素分離装置9より供給された溶媒は、溶媒圧送装置10により、溶媒流路5eへと案内される。これにより、溶媒は、溶媒流路5eの出口近傍において約−45℃となる。
上記第1実施形態の変形例を第2実施形態として、図2を参照して説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同一の構成については符号を同一とし、説明を省略する。
本実施形態に係る冷却システム1は、予冷器4を新たに備え、減圧装置7に動力回収タービン7aと発電機7bとを備えている。さらに、熱交換装置5は、窒素予冷流路5bを備えている。
上記第1実施形態の変形例を第3実施形態として、図7を参照して説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同一の構成については符号を同一とし、説明を省略する。
本実施形態における冷却システム1Bは、3台の圧縮機2A、2B、2Cと、3台の冷却器3A、3B、3Cと、前段分離装置8Aと、前段熱交換装置11と、後段熱交換装置12と、予冷装置13とをさらに備えている。また、本実施形態においては、熱交換装置5に代わり、熱交換装置5Cを備えている。
圧縮機2A、2B、2Cは、直列に接続される。また、圧縮機2A、2B、2Cの出口側にはそれぞれ冷却器3A、3B、3Cが設けられている。これにより、圧縮機2A、2B、2Cから排出された二酸化炭素は、冷却器3A、3B、3Cにより冷却される。
また、溶媒−二酸化炭素分離装置9において分離された溶媒の一部は、混合冷媒流路12bへと供給される。なお、混合冷媒流路12bへと供給される混合冷媒は、減圧装置7により減圧されている。

Claims (7)
- 二酸化炭素を昇圧して昇圧二酸化炭素とする圧縮機と、
前記昇圧二酸化炭素と液体状態の溶媒とを混合した混合冷媒を生成する混合器と、
前記混合器の下流側に設けられ、前記混合冷媒を減圧させる減圧装置と、
前記混合冷媒から気体状態の二酸化炭素を分離させる分離装置と、
減圧されることにより冷却された前記混合冷媒と冷却対象流体とを熱交換する熱交換器と、
気化した二酸化炭素または前記混合冷媒により前記昇圧二酸化炭素または混合冷媒を冷却する第2の熱交換器と
を備える冷却システム。 - 前記減圧装置は、動力回収タービンと、前記混合冷媒の運動エネルギを前記動力回収タービンより回収する動力回収装置とを備える請求項1記載の冷却システム。
- 前記第2の熱交換器は、前記減圧装置の上流側に設けられ、前記気化した二酸化炭素または減圧された混合冷媒により前記溶媒を冷却するように構成される請求項1または2に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記第2の熱交換器は、前記減圧装置の下流側に設けられ、前記減圧装置において減圧された混合冷媒により、前記減圧装置の上流側において分岐した混合冷媒を冷却するように構成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記第2の熱交換器は、前記熱交換器と一体化されている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記混合冷媒は、複数回に分けて減圧されるように構成され、
前記熱交換器及び前記第2の熱交換器は、それぞれ複数設けられると共に直列に接続される
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。 - 二酸化炭素を昇圧して昇圧二酸化炭素とする圧縮機と、
前記昇圧二酸化炭素と液体状態の溶媒とを混合した混合冷媒を生成する混合器と、
前記混合器の上流側に設けられ、前記昇圧二酸化炭素を減圧させる減圧装置を減圧させる減圧装置と、
前記混合冷媒から気体状態の二酸化炭素を分離させる分離装置と、
減圧されることにより冷却された前記混合冷媒と冷却対象流体とを熱交換する熱交換器と、
気化した二酸化炭素または前記混合冷媒により前記昇圧二酸化炭素または混合冷媒を冷却する第2の熱交換器と
を備える冷却システム。
