Abstract
Description
最初に、図1〜図3を参照して、プリフォームからプラスチックボトルを成形する方法について簡単に説明する。なお、本明細書において、プラスチックボトルとは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリプロピレン(PP)及びポリエチレン(PE)のようなプラスチックから構成されるボトルを意味し、ペットボトルに限定されない。
以下、図4〜図6を参照して、本発明の実施形態に係るプリフォームコーティング装置について詳細に説明する。図4は、本発明の実施形態に係るプリフォームコーティング装置5の主要部分の概略正面図である。

Claims (4)
- プリフォームを搬送する搬送部と、
前記プリフォームに向かってコーティング液を吐出するディスペンサーと、
前記搬送部の搬送経路に沿って前記ディスペンサーから離間されて配置されると共に、前記プリフォームに塗布されたコーティング液に赤外線を照射することによって、前記プリフォームに塗布されたコーティング液を乾燥させる乾燥機と、
前記搬送部の前記搬送経路に沿って前記乾燥機から離間されて配置されると共に、前記赤外線が照射された前記プリフォームに向けて風を送る、送風機構と、
を備える、プリフォームコーティング装置。 - 前記送風機構における前記風の流量を調節するための流量調節機構を更に備える、請求項1に記載のプリフォームコーティング装置。
- 前記プリフォームを挟んで前記乾燥機と対向する位置に配置された反射部をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載のプリフォームコーティング装置。
- 前記送風機構は、常温の風を送る、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプリフォームコーティング装置。
