Claims (3)
- 円筒状の胴部の両端にボウル状の鏡部を備え、前記胴部およびそれぞれの前記鏡部は内層ゴムと外層ゴムとの間に複数の補強層が積層されて構成され、前記胴部の補強層は多数のコードが平行に引き揃えられて形成されたコード層であり、積層されて隣り合う補強層どうしのコードが交差して防舷材長手方向に対して所定のコード角度で配置されていて、膨張させていない中立状態で前記コード角度が15°以上45°以下に設定されている空気式防舷材において、
それぞれの前記鏡部を構成する前記補強層の前記胴部との境界側の防舷材長手方向の所定範囲は、多数のコードが平行に引き揃えられて形成されたコード層であり、積層されて隣り合う前記補強層どうしのコードが交差して防舷材長手方向に対して所定のコード角度で配置されていて、前記中立状態で前記コード角度が15°以上45°以下に設定されていることを特徴とする空気式防舷材。 - 前記胴部を構成する前記補強層の前記中立状態での前記コード角度が、前記所定範囲の前記補強層の前記中立状態での前記コード角度よりも小さく設定されている請求項1に記載の空気式防舷材。
- 前記胴部を構成する前記補強層および前記所定範囲の前記補強層の積層数が4以上12以下である請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の空気式防舷材。
