Claims (3)
- 径方向に対して異なる誘電率の分布を有する複数の円板状部材を積層した誘電体レンズであって、
前記円板状部材は、径方向内側部位の厚さ寸法よりも径方向外側部位の厚さ寸法が小さい板部と、前記板部の中央部分から径方向外側に向けて放射状に延び径方向内側部位の厚さ寸法と径方向外側部位の厚さ寸法が同じフィン部とを備えてなる誘電体レンズ。 - 前記フィン部は、径方向の途中部位に位置して厚さ寸法が小さい複数の凹部と、前記凹部を除いた部位で厚さ寸法が大きい複数の凸部と、を備え、
前記凹部の径方向の長さ寸法は、使用される電波の波長の1/4よりも小さい値に設定され、
前記凸部の径方向の長さ寸法は、使用される電波の波長の1/4よりも小さい値に設定されてなる請求項1に記載の誘電体レンズ。 - 複数の前記円板状部材は、互いに同じ外径寸法を有し、円柱状に積層されてなる請求項1に記載の誘電体レンズ。
