Claims (10)
- 複数の電池モジュールが上部ケース及び下部ケースによって収納された電池パックであって、
前記電池モジュールは、
電池セルがセルホルダによって保持された複数の電池ユニットが積層された電池ユニット群と、
前記電池ユニットの積層方向に延びた板面状の部材によって前記電池ユニット群を側面から拘束するサイドプレートと、
を備え、
前記サイドプレートは、前記板面状の部材の一体成型によって、前記電池ユニットの積層方向に、前記電池セルを冷却する冷媒を誘導する中空のダクト部を有する
ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記複数の電池モジュールは、2つの前記電池モジュールを組としてそれぞれの前記サイドプレートが中央側で対向するように並列に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記サイドプレートの前記ダクト部は、少なくとも一方の端部に、冷媒が出入りする穴部を中空部分から連続して有し、
前記上部ケースと前記下部ケースとが接合されたときに、該上部ケース及び該下部ケースの少なくとも一方によって、外部に開口した開口部が形成され、
前記上部ケース又は前記下部ケースは、前記組として並列に配置された前記複数の電池モジュールにおける前記サイドプレートの前記穴部と前記開口部とを連通する連結部材を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記サイドプレートは、前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースに固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ダクト部は、中空部分の断面が略矩形に形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記穴部と前記開口部とが略同じ高さになるように配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記穴部と前記開口部とが異なる高さになるように配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ダクト部における中空部分の断面積は前記穴部から離れるほど小さくなる
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記セルホルダは、内部に通風可能な経路を有し、該経路の少なくとも一端は前記サイドプレートのダクト部に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記電池モジュールは、前記電池ユニットの積層方向から前記電池ユニット群を拘束するエンドプレートをさらに備え、
前記サイドプレートが前記エンドプレートに固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
