Abstract
Description
電力変換装置の大出力化に伴い、ハーネスなどの導電体は、通電による発熱、電圧低下などの影響を軽減するために、導通面積を確保する必要がある。それに伴い、ハーネス自身の剛性が増加することとなる。その結果、ハーネスの持つ柔軟性が低下し、厳しい振動条件への適用が困難となる。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における電力変換装置の接続構造を説明するための斜視展開図である。図1に示すとおり、本実施の形態1における電力変換装置は、冷却器1、ケース2、3、電気接続部4、およびケーブル5を備えて構成されている。なお、ケース2、3は、電力変換装置の筐体に相当する。
Claims (5)
- 車載用の電力変換装置の接続構造であって、
電力変換装置の筐体と、
前記筐体と機械的に接続されるとともに、前記電力変換装置と外部装置との電気的な接続を行うための電気接続部と、
前記電力変換装置と電気接続部とを電気的に接続する導電体と
を備え、
前記筐体と前記電気接続部は、防振構造を介して機械的に接続されるとともに、
前記導電体は、前記筐体と前記電気接続部との相対変位に追従可能な柔軟性を有する
電力変換装置の接続構造。 - 前記導電体は、ケーブルで構成されている
請求項1に記載の電力変換装置の接続構造。 - 前記導電体は、複数の薄板を積層して構成されている
請求項1に記載の電力変換装置の接続構造。 - 前記電気接続部は、前記導電体と前記電気接続部との間に配置され、前記導電体を前記電気接続部に密着させる防水構造を有する
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置の接続構造。 - 前記筐体と前記電気接続部との間には、前記筐体と前記電気接続部とを密着させることで防水性を持たせるシール部と、外力によって生じる前記筐体と前記電気接続部とのの相対変位に追従可能な柔軟性を持つ変形追従構造部とを併せ持つパッキンが設けられている
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置の接続構造。
