Description
図3に示すように、本実施形態におけるインペラ1の製造方法は、インペラ成形体形成工程S1と、HIP処理工程S2と、除去工程S3と、流路研磨工程S4と、を含んでいる。
また、本実施形態では、補強部110は、ディスク2及びカバー4の両方と一体に形成されているが、補強部110は、このような構造に限定されるものではない。補強部110は、ディスク2及びカバー4の少なくとも一方と一体に形成されていればよい。

Claims (5)
- 軸線を中心とした円盤状をなすディスクと、前記ディスクの軸線方向の第一側を向く面に対して前記軸線の周方向に間隔を空けて形成された複数のブレードと、これら複数のブレードを前記軸線方向の第一側から覆うカバーと、を有し、前記ディスク、前記カバー、及び前記ブレードの間に流路が形成されたインペラの製造方法であって、
前記流路の入口及び出口が形成された前記インペラの端部の少なくとも一方を補強する補強部と、前記インペラと、が一体とされたインペラ成形体を、金属粉末を用いた積層造形法により形成するインペラ成形体形成工程と、
前記インペラ成形体から前記補強部を除去する除去工程と、を含むインペラの製造方法。 - 前記補強部は、前記ディスク及び前記カバーの少なくとも一方と一体に形成される請求項1に記載のインペラの製造方法。
- 前記補強部は、
前記インペラの端部で前記流路を閉塞する位置に形成され、
前記流路と外部とを連通する連通孔が形成されている請求項1または請求項2に記載のインペラの製造方法。 - 前記インペラ成形体形成工程は、前記流路の入口及び出口の内周面が鉛直方向及び水平方向に対して傾斜した状態となるように前記インペラ成形体の形成を行う請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載のインペラの製造方法。
- 前記インペラ成形体形成工程は、筒状をなして前記インペラ成形体の外周部を支持するサポート部を前記補強部と一体に形成する請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載のインペラの製造方法。
