Abstract
Description
<歯科用石膏粉末の調製>
表1に示した原料をポットミルに入れ、該原料を60分間混合し、本実施例に係る歯科用石膏粉末を作製した。
<歯科用石膏粉末の練和>
作製した歯科用石膏粉末100g及び水を、表1に示した質量比で、ポリスチレン樹脂製の円筒形状のビン(開口部の内径約4cm、高さ約7cm、容量約90mL、質量約25g、壁厚約1.5mm)に入れて密封し、該ビンを手で30秒間振とうし、石膏スラリーを得た。
<気泡の有無の評価>
得られた石膏スラリーを印象材へ流し込み、5分間経過した後に印象材から石膏模型を取り外した。得られた石膏模型について、気泡の有無を目視で評価した。評価の結果を表1に示す。
<石膏硬化体の強度の評価>
上記方法で得られた石膏模型について、JIS T6605「歯科用硬質石膏」に定められた方法により練和開始から60分経過後の石膏硬化体の物理的性質(強度)を評価した。評価の結果を表1に示す。なお、表1中での評価の基準を以下に示す。
good 強度が3MPa以上10MPa以下
fair 強度が3MPa未満
Claims (2)
- 半水石膏、及び前記半水石膏100質量部に対してポリカルボン酸塩系減水剤を0.05質量部以上0.8質量部以下含む歯科用石膏粉末、及び水を、ボトルに入れて密封し、前記ボトルを振とうすることを特徴とする歯科用石膏粉末の練和方法。
- 前記歯科用石膏粉末に対する水の質量比が、0.18以上0.6以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯科用石膏粉末の練和方法。
