Claims (9)
- 互いに所定の間隔を開けて、第1の方向を長手方向にして配置された2つ以上の駆動電極と、
互いに所定の間隔を開けて、前記第1の方向と交差する第2の方向を長手方向にして配置された2つ以上の検出電極と
を備えたタッチセンサであって、
前記2つ以上の駆動電極の各々の幅は、前記2つ以上の検出電極の各々の幅よりも大きくなっており、
前記2つ以上の駆動電極と前記2つ以上の検出電極との交差部において、前記2つ以上の駆動電極にのみ開口部が形成されている、タッチセンサ。 - 前記開口部の前記第1の方向における幅は、前記2つ以上の検出電極の各々の幅より大きくなっている、請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ。
- 前記開口部は、前記第2の方向に間を隔てて複数形成されている、請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ。
- 隣り合う前記2つ以上の駆動電極間の間隔は、隣り合う前記開口部間の間隔と等しい、請求項3に記載のタッチセンサ。
- 前記開口部の各々の前記第2の方向における幅は、隣り合う前記開口部間の間隔と等しい、請求項3に記載のタッチセンサ。
- 前記2つ以上の駆動電極の各々は、前記交差部において、他の部位よりも幅の狭い狭幅部を有している、請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ。
- 前記開口部の各々の前記第2の方向における幅は、隣り合う前記2つ以上の駆動電極の狭幅部間の間隔と等しい、請求項6に記載のタッチセンサ。
- 前記開口部の最大幅は、前記交差部に対して操作を行う尖頭形状の操作体における最大幅の半分よりも小さい、請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のタッチセンサ。
- 請求項1に記載のタッチセンサを備えた入力装置。
