Claims (4)
- 流体通路を開閉するよう移動するダイヤフラムと、
前記ダイヤフラムを前記流体通路を閉状態とする閉位置と前記流体通路を開状態とする開位置とに移動させるダイヤフラム押さえと、
端部において前記ダイヤフラム押さえを保持するディスクと、
手動または自動で前記ディスクを閉位置または開位置に移動させる移動部材とを備えている流体制御器において、
前記移動部材は、前記ディスクの外周に嵌め合わせる筒状の嵌合部を有しており、
前記ディスクの一部に、前記移動部材の移動時に前記移動部材の端部が当接するフランジ部が設けられている流体制御器。 - 前記移動部材を移動させる移動手段は、ケーシング内に形成された圧縮流体導入室内への圧縮流体の導入または排出によって行う自動移動手段であり、
前記ケーシングは、第一ケーシングと、前記第一ケーシングとは別部材の第二ケーシングとを備えており、
前記ケーシング内に、カウンタプレートによって区画された第一シリンダ部と第二シリンダ部とが形成され、前記自動移動手段は、前記第一シリンダ部に案内されて前記筒状移動部材と一体で移動する第一ピストンと、前記第二シリンダ部に案内されて前記筒状移動部材と一体で移動する第二ピストンとを有しており、
前記カウンタプレートに、第一ねじ部および第二ねじ部が設けられ、前記第一ねじ部が前記第一ケーシングにねじ合わされ、前記第二ねじ部が前記第二ケーシングにねじ合わされている請求項1の流体制御器。 - 前記移動部材は、前記嵌合部を有する第二筒状体と、前記第二筒状体と別部材とされた第一筒状体とからなり、
前記第一ピストンおよび前記第二ピストンは、いずれも前記移動部材と別部材とされている請求項2の流体制御器。 - 前記ディスクを手動で移動させる手動移動手段をさらに備えており、前記手動移動手段は、手動操作により移動させられることによって前記ディスクを一方に押圧する棒状の移動部材を備えており、
前記棒状の移動部材は、前記ディスクの頂面中央部を端部が一方に押圧する自動開閉不可能位置および前記ディスクの頂面中央部から端部が離れた自動開閉可能位置に手動操作によって移動させられ、前記筒状の移動部材は、前記棒状の移動部材に相対的に移動可能に嵌め合わされて、前記弾性部材に付勢されて前記ディスクを一方に押圧する閉位置および前記自動移動手段によって前記ディスクのフランジから端部が離れた開位置に移動させられるようになされており、前記筒状の移動部材が開位置にあるときに前記棒状の移動部材を閉位置まで移動させた緊急時の閉状態が可能とされている請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の流体制御器。
