Claims (12)
- 心電信号を検出する心電電極と、
脈波信号を検出する脈波センサと、
前記心電電極により検出された心電信号と、前記脈波センサにより検出された脈波信号とのピーク時間差に応じて、脈波伝播時間を取得する脈波伝播時間取得手段と、を備え、
前記脈波センサは、前記脈波伝播時間取得手段により脈波伝播時間が取得される際に、使用者の頸部の正中線近傍において頸部と接触するように配置されることを特徴とする脈波伝播時間計測装置。 - 前記脈波センサは、脈波伝播時間が取得される際に、使用者の頸部後側の正中線近傍において頸部と接触するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈波伝播時間計測装置。
- 使用者の頸部の周方向に沿って装着可能な装着部材を備え、
前記脈波センサは、表面が、前記装着部材の表面と略同一に形成され、かつ、前記装着部材の略中央部であって、前記装着部材が使用者の頸部に装着されたときに、使用者の頸部後側の正中線近傍において頸部と接触する位置に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の脈波伝播時間計測装置。 - 前記脈波伝播時間取得手段により脈波伝播時間が取得されているときの使用者の姿勢を検知する姿勢検知手段と、
前記姿勢検知手段により検知された姿勢に応じて、取得された脈波伝播時間の時系列データを姿勢毎に分類する分類手段と、
前記分類手段により姿勢毎に分類された脈波伝播時間の時系列データに基づいて、脈波伝搬時間の変動を求める変動取得手段と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の脈波伝播時間計測装置。 - 前記変動取得手段は、分類された姿勢の中から基準とする姿勢を設定し、該基準姿勢に合わせて、該基準姿勢と異なる姿勢に分類された脈波伝播時間の時系列データを補正するとともに、前記基準姿勢の脈波伝播時間の時系列データ、及び、補正した脈波伝播時間の時系列データに基づいて、脈波伝搬時間の変動を求めることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の脈波伝播時間計測装置。
- 前記変動取得手段は、取得された脈波伝搬時間の時系列データの時間が最も長い姿勢を前記基準姿勢として設定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の脈波伝播時間計測装置。
- 前記変動取得手段は、姿勢毎の脈波伝播時間の時系列データを曲線で近似したときの近似曲線の相関係数が大きくなるように、姿勢毎の脈波伝播時間の時系列データを補正し、補正後の時系列データから脈波伝播時間の変動を求めることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の脈波伝播時間計測装置。
- 前記変動取得手段は、分類された脈波伝播時間の時系列データの内、所定の姿勢の脈波伝播時間の時系列データのみに基づいて、脈波伝搬時間の変動を求めることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の脈波伝播時間計測装置。
- 前記分類手段は、脈波伝播時間の時系列データを、少なくとも、立位、倒立位、仰臥位、左側臥位、右側臥位、及び伏臥位を含む姿勢毎に分類することを特徴とする請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の脈波伝播時間計測装置。
- 前記姿勢検知手段は、重力加速度がかかる方向を検知する加速度センサであり、
前記脈波センサ及び加速度センサは、互いに近接して配設されていることを特徴とする請求項4〜9のいずれか1項に記載の脈波伝播時間計測装置。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の脈波伝播時間計測装置と、
取得された脈波伝播時間の変動データ、及び予め定められている脈波伝播時間と血圧との関係に基づいて、血圧変動を推定する血圧変動推定手段と、を備えることを特徴とする生体状態推定装置。 - 前記血圧変動推定手段は、予め、姿勢検知手段の出力信号と、使用者の姿勢との関係のキャリブレーションを行うとともに、基準とする姿勢からの角度のずれと、心臓から脈波計測部位までの高さとの関係式を求めて記憶し、
脈波伝播時間の計測時に、キャリブレーションの結果に基づいて、使用者の姿勢と、基準となる姿勢との角度のずれを算出し、
脈波伝播時間から血圧値を演算する際に、算出された角度のずれと、予め記憶されている前記関係式とに基づいて、心臓から脈波計測部位までの高さを求め、当該高さに応じて血圧値を補正することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の生体状態推定装置。
