Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る電気化学デバイス100を示す斜視図である。同図に示すように電気化学デバイス100は、蓄電素子10が容器20に収容されて構成されている。また、容器20内には、蓄電素子10と共に電解液が収容されている。なお、同図において、容器20の上面及び下面を閉塞する蓋は省略されている。
蓄電素子10が電解液と接触すると、金属リチウム142は酸化溶解する。図4は、金属リチウム142の酸化溶解を示す模式図である。同図に示すように、金属リチウムが酸化溶解するとリチウムイオン(Li+)と電子(e−)が生じる。リチウムイオンは電解液を介して負極活物質層122に到達し、負極活物質層122にドープされる。電子はリチウム極集電体141を介して負極活物質層122に流れる。
電気化学デバイス100の構成は上述のものに限られない。図8は変形例に係る電気化学デバイス100の負極12及びリチウム極14の断面図である。同図に示すように、リチウム極集電体141が負極活物質層122上に配置され、リチウム極集電体141上に金属リチウム142が接合されてもよい。なお、リチウム極集電体141は、リチウムイオンが通過するための貫通孔を備えるものが好適である。

Claims (6)
- 導電性材料からなる正極集電体と前記正極集電体上に形成された正極活物質層とを有する正極と、
導電性材料からなる負極集電体と前記負極集電体上に形成された負極活物質層とを有する負極と、
前記正極と前記負極の間に配設されたセパレータと、
前記正極と前記負極と前記セパレータを浸漬する電解液と、
を有し、
リチウム極集電体に金属リチウムが接合され、前記リチウム極集電体が前記負極活物質層に当接するように配設され、前記電解液に浸漬されることで、前記負極活物質はリチウムイオンのプレドープがなされている

前記リチウム極集電体と前記金属リチウムは圧着によって接合されている
