Claims (5)
- マルチ縦モードのレーザ光を大気中へ出射するレーザ光源と、
前記レーザ光に対する散乱光を集光する集光部と、
前記集光部で集光された光を入射し、前記レーザ光のモード間隔と同一の間隔で透過ピークを複数有する透過スペクトルに基づいて前記入射した光を選択的に通過させる干渉計と、
前記干渉計から出射された光を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部で検出された光に係る分析を行う分析部と、
を備えるライダーシステム。 - 前記レーザ光源から出射された光の一部を参照光として前記干渉計に対して入射させる参照光入射部をさらに備える請求項1に記載のライダーシステム。
- 前記干渉計は、前記入射した光を2分岐する光分岐手段と、分岐された2つの分岐光の間に光路差を設ける光路差形成手段と、光路差が設けられた2つの分岐光を干渉させる光干渉手段と、を備え、
前記光路差形成手段は、前記2つの分岐光の間に設ける光路差を変更可能である請求項1又は2に記載のライダーシステム。 - 前記検出部は、前記干渉計における光路差を変更しながら前記干渉計から出射された光を検出する請求項2又は3に記載のライダーシステム。
- ライダーシステムによる計測方法であって、
レーザ光源からマルチ縦モードのレーザ光を大気中へ出射することによる、大気中からの散乱光を集光部で集光するステップと、
前記集光された光を入射し、干渉計によって、前記レーザ光のモード間隔と同一の間隔で透過ピークが複数有する透過スペクトルに基づいて選択的に通過させるステップと、
前記干渉計から出射された光を検出部において検出するステップと、
前記検出部で検出された光に係る分析を分析部にて行うステップと、
を有する計測方法。
