Claims (7)
- 液体の流れを形成するように開口から液体を放出するノズルと、
前記液体の流れが形成される領域内で伝搬するように光を出射する光出射部と、
前記領域の長手方向に沿った一部領域からの光を受けるよう、該領域の外側に設けられた光検出器と、
前記領域の外周に、前記液体が流される方向に沿った気体の流れを形成する気流形成部と、
を備える微粒子計測装置。 - 前記気流形成部は、前記気体の流れの速度を調整するための調整機能を有している、請求項1に記載の微粒子計測装置。
- 前記光出射部は前記ノズル内から前記開口を介して光を出射し、
前記開口と前記光検出器との間には、光を遮蔽する遮蔽部が設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の微粒子計測装置。 - 前記気流形成部が前記遮蔽部を構成する、請求項3に記載の微粒子計測装置。
- 光学的に透明な管状部材であり、前記気体の流れが形成される領域を介して前記一部領域を囲むように設けられた、該管状部材を更に備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子計測装置。
- 前記液体を回収するための回収口を有する回収部と、
前記一部領域に対して前記回収口の側、且つ前記領域の外周に、前記液体が流される方向に沿った気体の流れを形成する別の気流形成部と、
を更に備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子計測装置。 - 前記光出射部は、前記開口における前記光のビーム幅を該開口よりも狭くする集光光学要素を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子計測装置。
