Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態を添付図面にしたがって説明する。
以上説明したように、本実施の形態に係る移相回路1では、誘電体3の信号の入力側および出力側の端部に設けられ、重複部5と非重複部6との間でインピーダンスを整合させるための変成器部7を備え、変成器部7は、重複部5側に設けられた高インピーダンス部7aと、高インピーダンス部7aの非重複部6側に設けられた高インピーダンス部7aよりも特性インピーダンスが低い低インピーダンス部7bと、を備えている。
次に、以上説明した実施の形態から把握される技術思想について、実施の形態における符号等を援用して記載する。ただし、以下の記載における各符号等は、特許請求の範囲における構成要素を実施の形態に具体的に示した部材等に限定するものではない。

Claims (7)
- 信号を伝送する信号導体と、
前記信号導体と重なり合うように配置される誘電体と、を備え、
前記信号導体と前記誘電体とが重なり合う重複部の面積を変化させることで前記信号の位相を変化させる移相回路であって、
前記誘電体の前記信号の入力側および出力側の端部に設けられ、前記重複部と、前記信号導体と前記誘電体とが重なり合わない非重複部との間でインピーダンスを整合させるための変成器部を備え、
前記変成器部は、前記重複部側に設けられた高インピーダンス部と、前記高インピーダンス部の前記非重複部側に設けられた前記高インピーダンス部よりも特性インピーダンスが低い低インピーダンス部と、を備えている、
移相回路。 - 前記高インピーダンス部は、空気層からなり、
前記低インピーダンス部は、前記誘電体と同じ厚さで、かつ、前記誘電体と同じ材料の誘電体層からなる、
請求項1に記載の移相回路。 - 前記変成器部は、前記誘電体の前記信号の入力側および出力側の端から離間した位置に貫通孔を形成して構成され、前記貫通孔を前記高インピーダンス部とし、前記貫通孔と前記信号の入力側および出力側の端との間の前記誘電体を前記低インピーダンス部として構成されている、
請求項2に記載の移相回路。 - 前記誘電体を予め設定された移動範囲内で移動させることにより、前記重複部の面積を変化させて前記信号の位相を変化させるように構成され、
前記変成器部は、前記誘電体を前記移動範囲内で移動させたとき、常に前記誘電体の前記信号の入力側および出力側の端部に位置するように構成されている、
