Claims (3)
- 一端が車両用主電動機の軸受に接続されて他端に給脂口が設けられ、半固体状潤滑剤が充填されている給脂管と、
前記半固体状潤滑剤が充填された前記給脂管内の定められた第1の位置に設けられる、前記半固体状潤滑剤の比重より小さい比重を有する表示部材と、
給脂時の前記半固体状潤滑剤の圧力で給脂方向に移動する前記表示部材を第2の位置で止める形状を有する保持部と、
を備え、
前記第2の位置を含む前記給脂管の一部は、可視光の少なくとも一部を透過する部材で形成されている、
車両用主電動機の給脂機構。 - 前記給脂管は、一端が閉じられて他端に前記給脂口が設けられ、前記給脂方向に沿う側面に開口部を有する第1の管と、一端が前記軸受に接続されて他端が前記第1の管の前記開口部に接続される第2の管とを含んで構成され、
前記保持部は、前記第1の管の前記閉じられた一端を含む前記第1の管の一部であり、前記第2の位置である前記閉じられた一端で、給脂時に移動する前記表示部材を止め、
前記開口部は前記第2の位置から定められた距離だけ離隔した位置に設けられ、前記開口部の形状は前記表示部材の進入を妨げる形状である、
請求項1に記載の車両用主電動機の給脂機構。 - 前記表示部材は球体であり、
前記開口部の断面は円形であって、前記開口部の断面の直径は前記表示部材の直径より小さい、
