Abstract
Description
図1を参照して、本発明の実施の形態による扁平形電池1は、主に、外装缶10と、封口缶20と、ガスケット30と、電極体40とを備える。
ガスケット30の構成を詳細に説明する。
本発明の実施の形態による扁平形電池1は、以下の製造工程を経て得られる。
以下に、本発明の実施の形態による扁平形電池1の作用効果を説明する。
上記実施の形態では、電極体40を、複数の正極41及び負極46を交互に積層した構成としているが、電極体の構成はこれ以外の構成であってもよい。
Claims (6)
- 筒状の周壁を有する外装缶と、
前記外装缶の周壁の内側に配置され、かつ、前記外装缶の外径より小さい筒状の周壁を有する封口缶と、
前記外装缶の周壁と前記封口缶の周壁との間に配置されたガスケットと、を備え、
前記外装缶の周壁の開口端がかしめられ、封口されてなる扁平形電池であって、
前記封口缶の周壁は、底部側の基端部と、前記基端部の外径よりも大きく形成された開口端側の拡径部と、前記基端部と前記拡径部との間の段部とを有し、
前記ガスケットは、
前記封口缶の拡径部の外表面を覆うとともに、前記封口缶の段部に接する外筒部と、
前記封口缶の拡径部と前記外装缶の底部との間に配置され、前記外装缶の底部に接する突延部とを含み、
前記外筒部における前記封口缶の段部に接する部分の前記外装缶側には、前記封口缶の径方向において前記封口缶側よりも突出した立上り部が形成されており、
前記外装缶の周壁の開口端がかしめられた状態で、前記ガスケットの立上り部が前記封口缶の周壁の基端部の少なくとも一部と接している、扁平形電池。 - 請求項1に記載の扁平形電池であって、
前記ガスケットは、さらに、前記封口缶の拡径部の内表面を覆う内筒部を含み、
前記内筒部は、前記突延部から延設して、前記封口缶の段部の内表面に接し、
前記内筒部及び前記突延部は、前記外装缶の周壁に向かって凹状となるように前記外装缶の周壁の開口端がかしめられている、扁平形電池。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の扁平形電池であって、
前記外筒部の立上り部は、その末端部分が前記外装缶の周壁の開口端よりも外部に突き出ている、扁平形電池。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の扁平形電池の組み立て用部材であって、
筒状の周壁を有する封口缶と、
前記封口缶と一体化された略円筒状のガスケットとを備え、
前記封口缶の周壁は、底部側の基端部と、前記基端部の外径よりも大きく形成された開口端側の拡径部と、前記基端部と前記拡径部との間の段部とを有し、
前記ガスケットは、
前記封口缶の拡径部の外表面を覆うとともに、前記封口缶の段部に接する外筒部と、
前記外筒部と連接し、前記拡径部の開口端を覆う突延部とを含み、
前記外筒部における前記封口缶の段部に接する部分の前記外表面側には、前記封口缶側よりも前記封口缶の筒軸方向に突出した立上り部が形成されており、
前記立上り部の幅Aは、前記拡径部の外表面を覆う前記外筒部の幅Bよりも小さく、
前記立上り部の高さhと、前記外筒部の前記立上り部よりも内方側における幅tとは、h>tを満たす、扁平形電池の組み立て用部材。 - 前記ガスケットは、さらに、前記封口缶の拡径部の内表面を覆う内筒部を含み、
前記内筒部は、前記突延部から延設して、前記封口缶の段部の内表面に接する、請求項4に記載の扁平形電池の組み立て用部材。 - 前記ガスケットの前記立上り部において、h>Aである、請求項4または請求項5に記載の扁平形電池の組み立て用部材。
