Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係るチョッパ回路制御装置の構成例を示すブロック図である。チョッパ回路制御装置1は、チョッパ回路4の出力電圧が、出力電圧の指令値である出力電圧指令値に近づくように、チョッパ回路4が備えるスイッチング素子41を制御する。チョッパ回路制御装置1は、操作値に基づくゲート信号をスイッチング素子41に出力し、チョッパ回路4のデューティ比を制御する。操作値は、スイッチング素子41のオンデューティの時間を調節する値である。チョッパ回路制御装置1は、操作値が定められた範囲を超える場合には、定められた範囲の上限値または下限値を用いて、デューティ比を制御する。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態2に係るチョッパ回路制御装置の構成例を示すブロック図である。実施の形態2に係るチョッパ回路制御装置1は、チョッパ回路4の入力電圧が定められた範囲である電圧範囲内でない場合には、電圧範囲の上限値または下限値を用いて操作値範囲を算出し、操作値範囲に基づいてチョッパ回路4の制御を行う。実施の形態2に係るチョッパ回路制御装置1は、実施の形態1に係るチョッパ回路制御装置1の構成に加えて、電圧比較部18を備える。実施の形態1と異なる、実施の形態2に係るチョッパ回路制御装置1の各部の動作について説明する。
Claims (3)
- チョッパ回路のデューティ比を制御するチョッパ回路制御装置であって、
前記チョッパ回路の入力電圧、および前記チョッパ回路の出力電圧の指令値である出力電圧指令値から、前記デューティ比の制御に用いられる操作値の範囲である操作値範囲を算出する範囲算出部と、
前記チョッパ回路の出力電圧と前記出力電圧指令値との偏差から算出される前記操作値が前記操作値範囲の上限値以上である場合には前記操作値範囲の上限値を用い、前記操作値が前記操作値範囲内である場合には該操作値を用い、前記操作値が前記操作値範囲の下限値以下である場合には前記操作値範囲の下限値を用いて、前記デューティ比を制御する制御部と、
を備えるチョッパ回路制御装置。 - 前記範囲算出部は、前記出力電圧指令値を前記入力電圧で除算した値に第1の比例定数を乗算した値を前記操作値範囲の上限値とし、前記出力電圧指令値を前記入力電圧で除算した値に前記第1の比例定数より小さい値である第2の比例定数を乗算した値を前記操作値範囲の下限値とする請求項1に記載のチョッパ回路制御装置。
- 前記範囲算出部は、前記入力電圧が定められた範囲である電圧範囲の上限値以上である場合には前記電圧範囲の上限値を用い、前記入力電圧が前記電圧範囲内である場合には該入力電圧を用い、前記入力電圧が前記電圧範囲の下限値以下である場合には前記電圧範囲の下限値を用いて、前記操作値範囲を算出する請求項1に記載のチョッパ回路制御装置。
