Claims (10)
- 燃焼時に生じる光を機器に導くための光学測定用プローブであって、
所定方向に沿って入射する光を機器に導く導光体と、
前記所定方向とは異なる方向からの光を反射させ、前記所定方向に沿って前記導光体に入射させる反射面とを備えたことを特徴とする光学測定用プローブ。 - 前記反射面に成膜された反射膜をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学測定用プローブ。
- 前記反射膜が、誘電体多層膜であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光学測定用プローブ。
- 前記反射膜が、金属膜であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光学測定用プローブ。
- 前記反射面を有し、側面から入射する光を前記反射面で反射させて前記導光体に入射させる光学窓をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光学測定用プローブ。
- 前記光学窓の側面における光が入射する部分に、湾曲面からなる入射面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の光学測定用プローブ。
- 前記導光体及び前記光学窓を保持する本体部をさらに備え、
前記光学窓は、前記反射面が外部に張り出すように前記本体部の端部に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の光学測定用プローブ。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の光学測定用プローブと、
前記光学測定用プローブにより導かれた光を検出するための検出器とを備えたことを特徴とする光学測定装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の光学測定用プローブが、
測定対象である燃焼室内に臨むように、内燃機関のシリンダヘッドに取り付けられたことを特徴とする光学測定装置。 - 前記シリンダヘッドが、動弁系連動部材を収容する動弁系連動部材収容室を有し、
前記光学測定用プローブが、前記シリンダヘッドにおける前記動弁系連動部材収容室とは反対側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の光学測定装置。
