Claims (7)
- 燃焼時に生じる光を機器に導くための光学測定用プローブであって、
所定方向に沿って入射する光を機器に導く導光体と、
円柱状に形成され、その一端には、前記所定方向とは異なる方向からの光を反射させ、前記所定方向に沿って前記導光体に入射させる反射面がテーパ面として形成され、円周面からなる湾曲面である側面から入射する光を、前記テーパ面で反射させて前記導光体に入射させる光学窓と、
前記テーパ面に設けられた反射部材とを備え、
前記光学窓の外径は、前記導光体の外径よりも大きく、
前記所定方向とは異なる方向を中心として、測定対象側に向かって広がる所定の視野範囲内の光が前記導光体に入射し、
前記テーパ面は、前記光学窓の軸線に対して30°〜60°の角度で傾斜しており、
前記光学窓の軸線に直交する平面において、前記軸線を中心として測定対象側に向かって60°〜70°で広がる角度範囲の光が前記導光体に入射することを特徴とする光学測定用プローブ。 - 前記反射部材が、誘電体多層膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学測定用プローブ。
- 前記反射部材が、金属膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学測定用プローブ。
- 前記導光体及び前記光学窓を保持する本体部をさらに備え、
前記光学窓は、前記反射面が外部に張り出すように前記本体部の端部に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の光学測定用プローブ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光学測定用プローブと、
前記光学測定用プローブにより導かれた光を検出するための検出器とを備えたことを特徴とする光学測定装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光学測定用プローブが、
測定対象である燃焼室内に臨むように、内燃機関のシリンダヘッドに取り付けられたことを特徴とする光学測定装置。 - 前記シリンダヘッドが、動弁系連動部材を収容する動弁系連動部材収容室を有し、
前記光学測定用プローブが、前記シリンダヘッドにおける前記動弁系連動部材収容室とは反対側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の光学測定装置。
