Claims (9)
- 密閉された空間内で送液を行うカートリッジであって、
カートリッジ本体と、
該カートリッジ本体の内部に設けられた、液が入る複数の部屋と、
該カートリッジ本体の底面に貼られた弾性体であって、外部からの圧力変化に応じて変形し、前記複数の部屋の底面側を閉じる機能と、前記複数の部屋の間に流路を形成する機能とを有する弾性体と、
を備えることを特徴とするカートリッジ。 - 密閉された空間内で外部と非接触で送液を行うためのカートリッジであって、試薬の封入やサンプルを封入する部屋、反応、精製、攪拌等を行う部屋が形成され、流路となる溝等は形成されていないカートリッジ本体の底面に、弾性体であるメンブレン貼り付け、通常状態では流路が形成されておらず、流路となる部分はメンブレンの接合を行わず、圧力の変化でメンブレンを変形させたときに初めて流路が形成されることを特徴としたカートリッジ。
- 請求項1記載のカートリッジと当該カートリッジをセットするカートリッジホルダであって、流路形状は前記カートリッジホルダに形成され、その形状に従って前記生化学用カートリッジに流路が形成されることを特徴とした生化学用カートリッジ及びカートリッジホルダのセット。
- 請求項3において、前記流路に高さや幅に差を設け、メンブレンが密着させることができるカートリッジ及びカートリッジホルダのセット。
- 請求項3において、メンブレンへの圧力変化は加圧と負圧の両方を用いて、カートリッジとカートリッジホルダの流路の互いに密着させることで送液精度を向上させたカートリッジ及びカートリッジホルダのセット。
- 密閉された空間内で外部と非接触で送液を行うためのカートリッジにおいて、流路の幅や形状をカートリッジホルダに形成し、カートリッジホルダには流路を区切る突起が付いてあり、カートリッジにはその突起が入る溝があり、カートリッジホルダの突起をカートリッジの溝に入れ込んで流路を形成することで流路の精度向上、送液精度の向上、メンブレン接合物質と流体を非接触にし、メンブレンの座屈を防止することを特徴としたカートリッジ及びカートリッジホルダのセット。
- 密閉された空間内で外部と非接触で送液を行うためのカートリッジにおいて、一度送液した部屋や流路に処理の終わった試薬を戻し、余分な液を廃棄したり別の試薬と混合させることでコンパクト化したカートリッジ。
- 密閉された空間内で外部と非接触で送液を行うためのカートリッジにおいて、一つの試薬層から分岐送液を行うことで、レーン毎の解析結果の信頼性を向上させたカートリッジ。
- 密閉された空間内で外部と非接触で送液を行うためのカートリッジにおいて、微量試薬を保存する際に流路に直接封入しておき、送液と同時に混合することを特徴としたカートリッジ。
