Claims (15)
- 医薬、医療品製造もしくは食品製造の分野で用いられるフェルール継手であって、
一方の被連結部材側に装着でき、外周面にねじが形成された環状の雄螺子部材と、
他方の被連結部材側に装着でき、内周面にねじが形成された環状の雌螺子部材と、を有し、
前記雄螺子部材と前記雌螺子部材は、互いに螺合することによって前記被連結部材同士を連結し、
前記雄螺子部材は、周方向の一カ所のみに切断部を有し、当該切断部が離接するように開閉自在に構成されている、フェルール継手。 - 前記雄螺子部材は、複数の円弧部材に分割され、
前記複数の円弧部材は、前記切断部となる一か所を除いて、接続部材により互いに接続されている、請求項1に記載のフェルール継手。 - 前記雌螺子部材は、周方向の一カ所に切断部を有し、当該切断部が離接するように開閉自在に構成され、
前記雌螺子部材の開きを規制可能な開き規制部材を、さらに有する、請求項1又は2に記載のフェルール継手。 - 医薬、医療品製造もしくは食品製造の分野で用いられるフェルール継手であって、
一方の被連結部材側に装着でき、外周面にねじが形成された環状の雄螺子部材と、
他方の被連結部材側に装着でき、内周面にねじが形成された環状の雌螺子部材と、を有し、
前記雄螺子部材と前記雌螺子部材は、互いに螺合することによって前記被連結部材同士を連結し、
前記雌螺子部材は、周方向の一カ所のみに切断部を有し、当該切断部が離接するように開閉自在に構成され、
前記雌螺子部材の開きを規制可能な開き規制部材を、さらに有する、フェルール継手。 - 前記雌螺子部材は、複数の円弧部材に分割され、
前記複数の円弧部材は、前記切断部となる一か所を除いて、接続部材により互いに接続されている、請求項3又は4に記載のフェルール継手。 - 前記接続部材は、前記円弧部材よりも高い可撓性を有する、請求項2又は5に記載のフェルール継手。
- 前記雄螺子部材又は前記雌螺子部材の少なくとも一方は、径方向の外側に突出する複数の突起を有する手持ち部を有している、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のフェルール継手。
- 前記雄螺子部材が、内周面に、前記一方の被連結部材の端部を収容する凹部を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のフェルール継手。
- 前記雄螺子部材の凹部は、前記一方の被連結部材の端部の形状に合致するように形成されている、請求項8に記載のフェルール継手。
- 前記雌螺子部材が、内周面に、前記他方の被連結部材の端部を収容する凹部を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のフェルール継手。
- 前記雌螺子部材の凹部は、前記他方の被連結部材の端部の形状に合致するように形成されている、請求項10に記載のフェルール継手。
- 端部にフランジ状のフェルール部を有する被連結部材同士を連結する、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のフェルール継手。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のフェルール継手を有し、
前記フェルール継手の前記雄螺子部材と前記雌螺子部材が、互いに螺合することによって、膜モジュールの通液ノズルと当該通液ノズルを閉鎖する閉鎖部材とを気密に連結している、膜モジュールの通液ノズルの密閉機構。 - 前記閉鎖部材は、前記膜モジュールの通液ノズルに気密に連結され膨縮自在なバルーンである、請求項13に記載の膜モジュールの通液ノズルの密閉機構。
- 前記バルーン側に設けられた雄螺子部材又は雌螺子部材には、前記バルーンの膨張を抑える膨張抑制部材が設けられている、請求項14に記載の膜モジュールの通液ノズルの密閉機構。
