Claims (4)
- 太陽電池と、
前記太陽電池の裏面側に配置される第1反射層であって、該第1反射層の主材料の屈折率よりも高い屈折率を有する着色材を含む第1反射層と、
前記第1反射層の裏面側に配置され、前記第1反射層よりも高い透過率を有する透明中間層と、
前記透明中間層の裏面側に配置される第2反射層であって、該第2反射層の主材料の屈折率よりも高い屈折率を有する白色化した箇所を含み、かつ、層全体としての屈折率が前記透明中間層の屈折率よりも高い第2反射層と、
を備える太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記第2反射層の層全体としての屈折率は、前記第1反射層の層全体の屈折率よりも、光の長波長側で高い、太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記太陽電池の裏面と前記第1反射層との間に、前記第1反射層よりも高い透過率と低い屈折率を有する透明上面層が配置される、太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記透明中間層は、屈折率の異なる複数の透明層が積層される複合透明層である、太陽電池モジュール。
