Claims (9)
- 光入射面、第1主面および第2主面を有する導光部材と、
前記第1主面および前記第2主面の少なくとも一方に設けられた複数の突起部と
を備える、導光板であって、
前記複数の突起部は、第1突起部および第2突起部を含み、
前記第1主面を法線方向から見た場合、前記光入射面と前記第2突起部との間の距離は前記光入射面と前記第1突起部との間の距離よりも大きく、前記第1突起部および前記第2突起部のそれぞれは前記光入射面から入射された光の伝搬方向に直交する直交方向に沿った長さが前記伝搬方向に沿って単調増加する形状を有しており、前記第2突起部の前記直交方向に沿った長さの最小値は前記第1突起部の前記直交方向に沿った長さの最大値よりも大きい、導光板。 - 前記第1主面を法線方向から見た場合、前記第1突起部および前記第2突起部のそれぞれは台形形状を有している、請求項1に記載の導光板。
- 前記複数の突起部は、前記導光部材とほぼ同じ材料から形成される、請求項1または2に記載の導光板。
- 前記複数の突起部は、前記導光部材とは異なる材料から形成される、請求項1または2に記載の導光板。
- 前記第1主面を法線方向から見た場合、前記第2突起部の面積は、前記第1突起部の面積よりも大きい、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の導光板。
- 前記第1主面を法線方向から見た場合、前記第1突起部および前記第2突起部の中心が前記伝搬方向に沿うように前記第1突起部および前記第2突起部は配列されている、請求項5に記載の導光板。
- 前記光入射面は、第1光入射面と、前記第1光入射面とは異なる第2光入射面とを含み、
前記第1主面を法線方向から見た場合、前記複数の突起部のうちの前記第2光入射面よりも前記第1光入射面に近い突起部は、前記第1光入射面から入射された第1入射光の第1伝搬方向に直交する方向に沿った長さが前記第1伝搬方向に沿って単調増加する形状を有しており、
前記第1主面を法線方向から見た場合、前記複数の突起部のうちの前記第1光入射面よりも前記第2光入射面に近い突起部は、前記第2光入射面から入射された第2入射光の第2伝搬方向に直交する方向に沿った長さが前記第2伝搬方向に沿って単調増加する形状を有している、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の導光板。 - 版ロールおよび転写ロールを備える導光板作製装置であって、
前記版ロールの表面には、第1凹部および第2凹部を含む複数の凹部が設けられており、
前記第1凹部および第2凹部は所定の方向に沿って設けられおり、
前記第1凹部および前記第2凹部のそれぞれは、所定の方向に直交する直交方向に沿った長さが前記所定の方向に沿って単調増加する形状を有しており、
前記版ロールの前記表面を法線方向から見た場合、前記第2凹部の前記直交方向に沿った長さの最小値は、前記第1凹部の前記直交方向に沿った長さの最大値よりも大きい、導光板作製装置。 - 光入射面、第1主面および第2主面を有する導光部材を用意する工程と、
前記導光部材の前記第1主面および前記第2主面の少なくとも一方にグラビアオフセット印刷で複数の突起部を印刷する工程と
を包含する、導光板の作製方法であって、
前記印刷する工程において、
前記複数の突起部は、第1突起部および第2突起部を含み、
前記第1主面を法線方向から見た場合、前記光入射面と前記第2突起部との間の距離は前記光入射面と前記第1突起部との間の距離よりも大きく、前記第1突起部および前記第2突起部のそれぞれは前記光入射面から入射された光の伝搬方向に直交する直交方向に沿った長さが前記伝搬方向に沿って単調増加する形状を有しており、前記第2突起部の前記直交方向に沿った長さの最小値は前記第1突起部の前記直交方向に沿った長さの最大値よりも大きい、導光板の作製方法。
