Abstract
Description
原料1:1−ブチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムヨージド
原料2: 塩化スズ(II)(Sn(II)Cl2)
上記原料1と原料2とを2:1となるように混合後、室温、窒素雰囲気下で24時間攪拌し、液浸溶液を得た。
原料1: 1−ヘキシル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムヨージド
原料2: 臭化スズ(II)(Sn(II)Br2)
上記原料1と原料2とを2:1となるように混合後、室温、窒素雰囲気下で24時間攪拌し、液浸溶液を得た。
原料1: 1−ブチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムブロミド
原料2: ヨウ化アルミニウム(AlI3)
上記原料1と原料2とを1:1となるように混合後、室温、窒素雰囲気下で24時間攪拌し、液浸溶液を得た。
<実施例4>
原料1:1−ブチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムヨージド
原料2:三臭化アンチモン(SbBr3)
上記原料1と原料2とを1:1となるように混合後、室温、窒素雰囲気下で24時間攪拌し、液浸溶液を得た。
実施例1〜3のイオン液体を、さらに精製してアニオンが有するスズまたはアルミニウム以外の金属不純物量および遊離ヨウ素、遊離臭素を減じた。精製は不活性ガス雰囲気での減圧蒸留法により、行った。
1−ヘキシル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムテトラフルオロボラート
<評価方法>
屈折率は、JIS K2101にもとづいて行った。不乾性はJIS C2201電気絶縁油に、蒸発量試験にもとづき、30℃の雰囲気下に24時間放置する試験を行い、蒸発量1wt%未満を良好(○)とした。外観は試料をガラスビ−カ−に取り、濁りの有無を確認した。一方、光照射試験は一定量(40±0.5g)の試料を直径9cmのシャ−レに取り、20Wの白色ランプを光源とし試料と15cm隔てた状態の光を一定時間(24時間,120時間)照射し、その後の屈折率の変化を測定し、変化しない場合を良好(○)とした。加熱劣化試験は一定量(40±0.5g)の試料を50ml共栓付三角フラスコに取り、一定温度(40℃,70℃)の恒温槽中で24時間放置し、その後の屈折率および色相の変化を測定し変化しない場合を、良好(○)とした。
Claims (10)
- 塩素、臭素またはヨウ素と金属元素とを有する金属ハロゲノ錯アニオンおよびカチオンからなり、所定波長の光を透過するイオン液体であることを特徴とする液浸溶液。
- 前記所定波長の光における光透過率が、液浸溶液1mmあたり30%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液浸溶液。
- 屈折率が1.60以上1.90以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液浸溶液。
- 前記金属元素が、Sn、In、Bi、Sb、ZnまたはAlから選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液浸溶液。
- 不純物金属元素の含有率が、10ppm以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液浸溶液。
- 前記カチオンが、イミダゾリウム系、ピリジニウム系、ピロリジニウム系またはアンモニウム系であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液浸溶液。
- 蛍光顕微鏡用であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液浸溶液。
- 前記所定波長が、450nm〜600nmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液浸溶液。
- 前記イオン液体と、前記イオン液体よりも低屈折率のイオン液体とを、混合したことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液浸溶液。
- 前記低屈折率のイオン液体が、金属ハロゲノ錯イオンをアニオンとしないことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の液浸溶液。
