Claims (8)
- 被検体にX線を照射するX線源と、前記X線源に対向配置され前記被検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出器と、前記X線源と前記X線検出器を搭載し前記被検体の周囲を回転する回転円盤と、前記X線検出器により検出された透過X線量に基づき被検体の断層画像を再構成する画像再構成装置と、前記画像再構成装置により再構成された断層画像を表示する画像表示装置と、を備えたX線CT装置であって、
前記X線検出器は、コリメータ板と、X線入射方向から順に各々接合されたシンチレーターアレイと、光電変換素子アレイと、基板と、を有し、前記コリメータ板は、前記コリメータ板のうち一対の対向した辺の一方を前記シンチレーターアレイ上に接合した下部支持板に接合し、他方を上部支持板に接合すると共に、前記対向した辺の向きが前記X線CT装置の回転軸方向と同一となるように配置することを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 被検体にX線を照射するX線源と、前記X線源に対向配置され前記被検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出器と、前記X線源と前記X線検出器を搭載し前記被検体の周囲を回転する回転円盤と、前記X線検出器により検出された透過X線量に基づき被検体の断層画像を再構成する画像再構成装置と、前記画像再構成装置により再構成された断層画像を表示する画像表示装置と、を備えたX線CT装置であって、
前記X線検出器は、コリメータ板と、X線入射方向から順に各々接合されたシンチレーターアレイと、光電変換素子アレイと、基板と、を有し、前記コリメータ板は、前記コリメータ板のうち一対の対向した辺の一方を前記シンチレーターアレイのX線入射面に接合し、他方を上部支持板に接合すると共に、前記対向した辺の向きが前記X線CT装置の回転軸方向と同一となるように配置することを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 前記上部支持板に接合したコリメータ板の一辺と直交する方向の二辺に対し各々隣接する一対の固定柱を備え、該固定柱に前記上部支持板又は前記下部支持板の少なくとも一方を接合することを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記上部支持板に接合したコリメータ板の一辺と直交する方向の二辺に対し各々隣接する一対の固定柱を備え、該固定柱に前記上部支持板を接合することを特徴とする請求項2記載のX線CT装置。
- コリメータ板と、X線入射方向から順に各々接合されたシンチレーターアレイと、光電変換素子アレイと、基板と、を有するX線検出器であって、
前記コリメータ板は、前記コリメータ板のうち一対の対向した辺の一方を前記シンチレーターアレイのX線入射面に接合し、他方を上部支持板に接合すると共に、前記対向した辺と直交する方向の前記コリメータ板の二辺の各々の一箇所または複数箇所を櫛型金属板で接合することを特徴とするX線検出器。 - 前記上部支持板に接合したコリメータ板の一辺と直交する方向の二辺に対し各々隣接する一対の固定柱を備え、該固定柱に、前記上部支持板及び前記櫛型金属板を接合することを特徴とする請求項5記載のX線検出器。
- 前記固定柱の略中部に、前記基板と略水平となるようにスリットを設けると共に、前記スリットに前記櫛型金属板を接合することを特徴とする請求項6記載のX線検出器。
- 被検体にX線を照射するX線源と、前記X線源に対向配置され前記被検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出器と、前記X線源と前記X線検出器を搭載し前記被検体の周囲を回転する回転円盤と、前記X線検出器により検出された透過X線量に基づき被検体の断層画像を再構成する画像再構成装置と、前記画像再構成装置により再構成された断層画像を表示する画像表示装置と、を備えたX線CT装置であって、
前記X線検出器は請求項5記載のX線検出器であることを特徴とするX線CT装置。
