Abstract
Description
図1及び図2は、本発明の第1の実施例に係るものである。
演算処理回路52は、記憶回路51から読み込んだ各値を上記数式(1)の右辺に代入した後、励起光の波長λExを順次変化させてゆくことにより、蛍光の強度F(λEx)が最大値となる励起光の波長λExを蛍光薬剤毎に取得する。そして、このような演算処理により、n種類の蛍光薬剤それぞれに対応する励起光の中心波長λEx1、λEx2、・・・、λExnが取得される。
さらに、n種類の蛍光薬剤から発せられる全ての蛍光の検出強度(F1(λEm)+F2(λEm)+・・・+Fn(λEm))のうち、IDナンバーiの蛍光薬剤から発せられる蛍光の検出強度Fi(λEm)の占める割合に相当する寄与率Ciは、下記数式(3)により求められる。
演算処理回路52は、前述の演算処理により取得された励起光の波長λExiと、上記数式(2)及び(3)とを用い、IDナンバーiの蛍光薬剤の寄与率Ciが所定値Pthを超える検出波長λEmを全て取得する。これにより、演算処理回路52は、IDナンバーiの蛍光薬剤から発せられる蛍光を検出する際に用いられる、複数の検出波長λEmからなる検出波長帯域λbiを取得する。
図3から図11は、本発明の第2の実施例に係るものである。
CN1=(Bm−B1)/(Bm+B1) ・・・(4)
画像解析回路54は、輝度比CN1の算出結果と、制御回路53の制御内容に関する情報とに基づき、輝度比CN1が所定値Qth以下となるような分光画像が得られた際の透過波長帯域λd1が、第1の蛍光薬剤102aから発せられる蛍光を検出するための検出波長帯域として最適である、という解析結果を得る。

画像解析回路54は、輝度比CN2の算出結果と、制御回路53の制御内容に関する情報とに基づき、輝度比CN2が所定値Rth以下となるような分光画像が得られた際の透過波長帯域λd2が、第2の蛍光薬剤102bから発せられる蛍光を検出するための検出波長帯域として最適である、という解析結果を得る。
Claims (5)
- 波長帯域が相互に異なる複数の励起光を出射可能であるとともに、第1の蛍光体及び第2の蛍光体が存在する被写体に対して出射する励起光を該複数の励起光から選択可能な光源部と、
前記被写体からの戻り光が具備する波長帯域の少なくとも一部を選択的に透過させる可変フィルタ部と、
前記可変フィルタ部を透過した光を検出する光検出部と、
前記複数の励起光の強度特性と、前記第1の蛍光体の蛍光特性と、前記第2の蛍光体の蛍光特性と、に基づき、前記光源部から発せられる励起光の波長帯域及び前記可変フィルタ部における透過波長帯域をそれぞれ決定するための演算を行う演算処理部と、
前記演算処理部の演算結果に基づき、前記光源部と前記可変フィルタ部とを連動させる制御を行う制御部と、
を有することを特徴とする蛍光観察装置。 - 前記第1の蛍光体の蛍光特性及び前記第2の蛍光体の蛍光特性を含む複数の蛍光特性が予め記憶された記憶部をさらに有し、
前記演算処理部は、前記演算を行う事前に入力部において入力された情報に基づき、前記第1の蛍光体の蛍光特性と、前記第2の蛍光体の蛍光特性と、を前記記憶部から読み込むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光観察装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記演算処理部の演算結果に基づき、前記第1の蛍光体を励起させる第1の励起光を前記光源部から出射させるタイミングと、前記第1の蛍光体から発せられる第1の蛍光の波長帯域を前記可変フィルタ部において透過させるタイミングとを同期させ、かつ、前記第2の蛍光体を励起させる第2の励起光を前記光源部から出射させるタイミングと、前記第2の蛍光体から発せられる第2の蛍光の波長帯域を前記可変フィルタ部において透過させるタイミングとを同期させる制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 波長帯域が相互に異なる複数の励起光を出射可能であるとともに、第1の蛍光体及び第2の蛍光体が存在する被写体に対して出射する励起光を該複数の励起光から選択可能な光源部と、
前記被写体からの戻り光が具備する波長帯域の少なくとも一部を選択的に透過させる可変フィルタ部と、
前記可変フィルタ部を透過した光を検出する光検出部と、
前記光検出部における検出結果に基づき、前記第1の蛍光体から発せられる蛍光に応じた蛍光像と、前記第2の蛍光体から発せられる蛍光に応じた蛍光像と、前記第1の蛍光体及び前記第2の蛍光体の混合領域から発せられる蛍光に応じた蛍光像とを取得し、前記蛍光像各々の輝度に基づき、前記光源部から発せられる励起光の波長帯域及び前記可変フィルタ部における透過波長帯域をそれぞれ決定する解析部と、
前記解析部の解析結果に基づき、前記光源部と前記可変フィルタ部とを連動させる制御を行う制御部と、
を有することを特徴とする蛍光観察装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記解析部の解析結果に基づき、前記第1の蛍光体を励起させる第1の励起光を前記光源部から出射させるタイミングと、前記第1の蛍光体から発せられる第1の蛍光の波長帯域を前記可変フィルタ部において透過させるタイミングとを同期させ、かつ、前記第2の蛍光体を励起させる第2の励起光を前記光源部から出射させるタイミングと、前記第2の蛍光体から発せられる第2の蛍光の波長帯域を前記可変フィルタ部において透過させるタイミングとを同期させる制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蛍光観察装置。
