Description

The present invention is a transport container that forms a transport container by stacking two container pieces, a combination used for a system in which various products are put and transported, the products are taken out after transport, and only the container pieces are stacked and returned. It relates to a transport container.

Conventionally, in a container for transportation that can be nested vertically, a lid is prepared separately from the container, and the lid can only be used as a lid. Therefore, a lid is prepared separately from the container, and one lid is necessary for one container during transportation. That is, the lids could not be combined and used as a container (for example, JP 2000-31460 A).

On the other hand, for special transport items, a transport container that can use the same container as one container and the other as a lid has been proposed. For example, a beverage-related transport container composed of a pair of upper and lower box-shaped containers having the same shape is proposed, and four packs are loaded in a state where six 350 ml cans are shrink-wrapped, and sandwiched between the box-shaped containers from above and below. A housing structure is disclosed (Patent Document 1). In addition, a container for distributing food and drinks from the kitchen to the banquet hall has been proposed, in which the ridges of the distribution container are stacked together and one of the distribution containers can be used as a lid. (Patent Document 2).

Further, in a container composed of a pair of containers and a lid, a structure having a sliding lock mechanism on either the container side or the lid side has been proposed (Patent Documents 3 and 4). Further, a structure has been proposed in which the upper edge of the container body is pressed against the material of the lid packing and the container body and the lid are tightly sealed (Patent Document 4).
JP 2000-229683 A JP 2002-68196 A ACT 7-23167 Registered practical use 3015455

In the conventional transport container for beverage cans, the inside of the stored beverage can and the transport container is robust to the quoted can that is the transport object, and thus, in particular, a device for protecting the contents such as a cushion is unnecessary. . In addition, in the container for serving, the container is a container for transporting dishes on a plate, and the insulation and cooling of the container is a problem, but since it is generally transported quietly, the object to be transported (the dish on the plate) And contact with the inner surface of the transport container was not considered.

Further, in each of the conventional examples, in order to transport products having different sizes, it has been necessary to prepare containers of various sizes corresponding to the sizes. For example, when six products having different heights are transported, if the products cannot be stacked vertically in the transport container, six containers must be prepared.

Further, the conventional container locking mechanism is formed between a pair of containers and a lid, and there has been no proposal for a combination container that does not specify a container and a lid. Moreover, in patent document 4, it was the structure which always tightens and seals a container main body and a lid | cover with a packing material in the state which tightened the container main body and the lid | cover irrespective of the presence or absence of the containing. Therefore, even if there is no container and there is no need to seal, the repulsive force of the packing material acts on the lock mechanism.

However, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems because it has an opening having the same structure, shape and size, and having an opening having a stepped portion, which can be in close contact with each other.

That is, the present invention is a container for product conveyance in which a plurality of container pieces formed by standing side plates on a bottom plate and opening upward are combined and has the following configuration. It is a container.
(1) The container pieces have a structure including ones having different heights, and have openings having the same structure, shape and size.
(2) The opening has a structure that allows the opening surfaces of the container pieces to be in close contact with each other when the opening surface is overlapped on the opening surface of the opening of one container piece with another container piece as a lid.
(3) The container pieces are structured such that at least the container pieces having the same height can be nested one above the other.
(4) A stepped portion was formed on the upper edge side of the side plate toward the outside at the opening.

In addition, another invention is a product transporting container formed by combining a plurality of container pieces formed by opening a side plate on a bottom plate and opening upward, and has the following configuration. It is a combination transport container.
(1) The container piece has a structure having openings of the same structure, shape and size.
(2) The opening has a structure that allows the opening surfaces of the container pieces to be in close contact with each other when the opening surface is overlapped on the opening surface of the opening of one container piece with another container piece as a lid.
(3) The container pieces have a structure that allows nesting by overlapping each other vertically.
(4) A stepped portion was formed on the upper edge side of the side plate toward the outside at the opening.

Each of the combination transport containers is a combination transport container having the following configuration.
(1) When forming the container by overlapping the opening of the two container pieces on the opening of the container piece and sealing it,
A lock portion formed on one container piece and a lock receiving portion formed on another container piece are brought into contact with each other to form a lock portion and a lock receiving portion that prevent separation of the two container pieces.
(2) The lock portion and the lock receiving portion are arranged at the opening of the container piece so as to be point-symmetric with respect to a vertical axis passing through the center of the bottom plate.
(3) A lock piece that can be moved and locked to the lock receiving portion is attached to the lock portion, and the lock piece can be exchanged as a separate member from the container piece.
(4) When the conveyed product is accommodated in the container piece and the lock part and the lock receiving part are locked, the packing material arranged on the inner surface of the bottom plate of the container piece is caused by a repulsive force caused by pressing the conveyed object. The lock was retained.

Further, in each of the combination transport containers, a plurality of fitting portions project from the outer surface of the bottom plate of each container piece to form a fitting surface, and each fitting surface has a vertical axis passing through the center of the bottom plate. The combination transport container is configured to be point-symmetric.

Each of the combination transport containers is a combination transport container having the following configuration.
(1) A combination transport container having a small opening having the same structure, shape, and size is combined with another combination transport container having a large opening having the same structure, shape, and size. (2) A plurality of fitting portions project from the outer surface of the bottom plate of the container piece having the small opening to form a fitting surface, and each fitting surface has a vertical axis passing through the center of the bottom plate. Thus, it is configured to be point symmetric.
(3) On the outer surface of the bottom plate of the container piece having the large opening, at least two fitting surfaces identical to the fitting surfaces of the outer surface of the bottom plate of the container piece having the small opening are formed.

The plurality of container pieces in the above can be combined only with the same height of the container pieces, but in addition to the same height of the container pieces, it is desirable to prepare at least two types having different heights. In this case, if there are two or more types, three types, four types, etc. are arbitrary.

Moreover, the material of the container piece in the above is arbitrary according to the contents to be accommodated, and a transparent material can be adopted, and a conductive material can also be adopted.

In addition, the product in the above is not limited to the product, but may be any material as long as it is an object to be transported, such as various parts and materials used in the product, and may be included if it is an object to be transported other than industrial products It is a concept.

Each container piece is configured to have an opening of the same structure, shape, and size, and includes an opening surface that can be in close contact with each other, so the container is configured with two container pieces, one as a container and the other as a lid. it can. When container pieces having different heights are included, more transport containers can be configured according to the type of container piece. Accordingly, it is possible to construct a transport container that can accommodate various sizes of products by reducing the stock of container pieces, and the transport efficiency can be increased. In addition, since container pieces of at least the same height are stacked on top of each other and can be nested, the container after product transportation is disassembled for each container piece, and nesting is performed for the same container piece for efficient collection. There is an effect that can be done.

In addition, since the stepped portion facing outward is formed in the opening, when the container is overlapped with one container piece as a lid by aligning the opening surface, the stepped portions of both container pieces cooperate. Thus, a packing insertion groove can be formed. Accordingly, a packing insertion groove in a substantially horizontal plane can be formed on the entire circumference of the central portion in the vertical direction of the transport container, and an appropriate size / structure can be selected by selecting an appropriate position of the packing insertion groove according to the object to be stored. Can be attached. Therefore, the workability at the time of loading or unloading a load (conveyance object) in the transport container is improved. Moreover, since packing can be attached to the center periphery of the inner surface of a conveyance container, there exists an effect which can achieve the appropriate protection of a load (conveyance object) easily.

In addition, since the lock portion and the corresponding lock receiving portion are arranged so as to be point-symmetric with respect to the center of the bottom plate, when assembling the transport container, it is easily locked without considering the direction of the container piece, The sealing of the transport container can be maintained. Further, since the lock piece can be exchanged at the lock portion, it can be easily dealt with even if the lock piece is broken. In addition, since the packing material holds the lock part and the lock receiving part by pressing the conveyed object, the conveyed object can be conveyed safely without opening the conveying container during conveyance, In the state, no repulsive force acts on the lock portion and the lock receiving portion, so that no load is generated on the lock portion and the lock receiving portion.

In addition, when a plurality of fitting portions project from the outer surface of the bottom plate of each container piece and each fitting portion is configured to be point-symmetric with respect to the vertical axis, When stacking and stacking up and down in multiple stages, the stacking can be performed without considering the direction, so that the conveyance efficiency can be further improved.

Further, since the transport container having a large opening and the transport container having a small opening are combined and at least two fitting surfaces are formed on the large transport container, at least two small sizes are provided on the large transport container. The transport containers can be stacked in multiple stages up and down, and in this case, both transport containers have the effect of safely transporting the transported object without causing collapse of the cargo. In addition, since a large-sized transport container that is an integral multiple of a small transport container can be combined, the transport efficiency can be further increased.

Based on FIG. 1, the embodiment which comprises three types of conveyance containers 15A, 15B, 15C from two types of container pieces 12A, 12B will be described.

(1) The oblique side plates 3 and 3 are connected to the bottom plate 1 to form the container piece main body 5 opened upward. Leg portions (fitting portions) 10 and 10 are formed on the outer surface 2 of the bottom plate 1 of the container piece main body 5 to constitute a container piece 12. Container piece 12, the height of the side plate 3 is provided with a container piece 12A of H 01, two kinds of container pieces 12B of the height H 02 (FIG. 1 (b) (c)) .

In each of the container pieces 12A and 12C, the mounting surfaces 11 of the legs 10 are set to have vertical and horizontal intervals L 1 and D 1 in common. In addition, the opening surface 8 on the upper surface of the opening flange 7 in each of the container pieces 12A and 12C is also set in common with the length L 1 and the width D 2 (FIG. 1A).

搬送容器15Aは高さH(=H01+H01)、搬送容器15Aは高さH(H01+H02)、搬送容器15Aは高さH(=H02+H02)で構成される。(2) If two types of container pieces 12A and 12B having different heights are selected for the container or for the lid and the opening surfaces 8 and 8 are overlapped and combined, three types of transfer containers 15A and 15B having different heights are combined. 15C can be configured. The transport container 15A has a height H 1 (= H 01 + H 01 ), the transport container 15A has a height H 2 (H 01 + H 02 ), and the transport container 15A has a height H 3 (= H 02 + H 02 ). .

(3) Since the transport containers 15A, 15B, and 15C that have been configured have the same spacing between the mounting surfaces 11 and 11 of the leg portions 10 and 10, the leg portions 10 and 10 are attached to each other in an arbitrarily overlapping manner. And can be stacked (FIG. 1D). In this case, the legs 10 and 10 have the same vertical and horizontal intervals L 1 and D 1 , and are arranged in rotational symmetry (point symmetry) of 180 degrees with respect to the center 35 of the bottom plate 1. 15B and 15C can be efficiently stacked (stacked) without considering the direction of stacking.

(4) Further, since the container pieces 12A and 12B are formed obliquely so that the side plates 3 and 3 spread upward, the container pieces 12A and 12B can be nested one above the other (FIG. 5). reference).

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, three types of container pieces (small height container piece 12A, medium height container piece 12B, large height container piece 12C) having different heights are combined to constitute six types of transport containers 15A to 15F. It is an example.

[1] Configuration of container pieces 12A, 12B, 12C

(1) A side plate 3 is raised around a flat rectangular bottom plate 1 to form a container piece main body 5 opened upward. An opening flange 7 is formed at the tip 4 of each side plate 3, 3 of the container piece body 5, that is, at the periphery of the opening of the container piece body 5. The opening flange 7 protrudes from the upper edge 4 of each side plate 3 toward the substantially horizontal outer side, and the outer edge is raised upward to form a stepped portion 6. Further, the opening flange 7 is continuous with the upper edge of the stepped portion 6, and forms an opening surface 8 having a flat and flat upper surface, and on the outer peripheral edge side of the opening surface 8 and facing downward (to the bottom plate 1 side). The connecting part 9 that hangs vertically is formed.

Further, leg portions (fitting portions) 10 and 10 projecting downward are formed on the outer surface 2 of the bottom plate 1 of the container piece body 5. A total of six legs 10 are arranged in three columns and two rows, and the lower surface of the legs 10 constitutes a flat and horizontal mounting surface 11. In this embodiment, the bottom plate 1 is expanded downward to form the leg portions 10 and 10 (FIGS. 2 to 4). That is, the leg portions 10 and 10 are formed around the vertical axis passing through the center (center of gravity) of the outer surface 2 of the bottom plate 1.

Moreover, in each container main body 5, the side plates 3 and 3 are formed obliquely so as to spread upward, and the container pieces 12 and 12 having the same size have a structure that can be nested vertically. (FIG. 5).

(2) The above structure is integrally molded with resin to form the container pieces 12 (12A, 12B, 12C) (FIGS. 2 to 4).

4(b)。H01<H02<H03)。(3) each container pieces 12A, 12B, the height of the 12C has a height H 01 at small height container piece 12A, the height H 02 at mid-high of container pieces 12B, the large height container piece 12C has a height H 03 (FIG. 2B, FIG. 3B, FIG. 4B. H 01 <H 02 <H 03 ).

The container pieces 12A, 12B, and 12C are formed such that the placement surfaces (lower surfaces) 11 and 11 of the leg portions 10 and 10 have a distance L 1 in the length direction and a distance D 1 in the width direction. . Each container piece 12A, 12B, 12C has an opening surface 8 formed with a length L 2 and a width D 2 . That is, D 1 , L 1 , D 2 , and L 2 are common to the container pieces 12A, 12B, and 12C (FIGS. 2 to 4).

In addition, the shape and size of the outer surface 2 of the bottom plate 1 are formed to be the same in each of the container pieces 12A, 12B, and 12C. That is, the container pieces 12A, 12B, and 12C have the same shape and size of the bottom plate 1 and the opening surface 8, and the height of the side plate 3 is different.

(4) The transport containers 15A to 15F are configured by combining any two of the thus formed container pieces 12A, 12B, and 12C (FIGS. 6 and 7).

[2] Configuration and use of transfer containers 15A to 15F

(1) Small height container piece 12A + small height container piece 12A (height H 1 )
If one small-height container piece 12A is used as a container and the other small-height container piece 12A is used as a lid, the size of the opening surface 8 is common to both container pieces as L 2 × D 2 . The opening surfaces 8 of the opening flanges 7 and 7 coincide with each other and can be used as a transfer container 15A having a height H 1 (H 01 + H 01 ) (FIGS. 6C and 6D). In the overlapped state, the step portions 6, 6 of both opening flanges 7, 7 become concave grooves having a rectangular cross section directed horizontally outward, and constitute a packing fitting insertion groove 17.

In this case, depending on the shape, size, weight, degree of protection, etc. of the contents, for example, three rows of packings 18 and 18 are inserted in the longitudinal direction on the inner surface of the bottom plate 1 of the container, and both packing insertion grooves 17 in the longitudinal direction are inserted. , 17 and a packing 19 in the center of the ceiling side of the lid (inner surface of the bottom plate), and small plate-like products 22 and 22 can be placed side by side (FIGS. 8A to 8C). . In this case, both the small height container pieces 12A and 12A are temporarily fixed to the opening surfaces 8 and 8 of the opening flanges 7 and 7 and the connecting portions 9 and 9 using bolts / nuts and various clips, Both container pieces 12A and 12A are sealed so as not to be separated (not shown).

In this case, if the container piece 12A on the upper side (as a lid) is emptied in the factory line of the transfer destination, the upper part 23 of the product 22 is exposed, so that the product 22 can be easily taken out, and the transfer container 15A is used as it is in the factory. It can also be placed in a line.

(2) Medium height container piece 12B + small height container piece 12A (height H 2 )
If the medium-height container piece 12B is used as the container and the small-height container piece 12A is used as the lid, the size of the opening surfaces 8 and 8 is common to both the container pieces 12B and 12A as L 2 × D 2. The opening surfaces 8 and 8 of the opening flanges 7 and 7 coincide with each other and can be used as a transport container 15B having a height H 2 (H 01 + H 02 ) (FIGS. 6A and 6B).

Similarly, if necessary, the products can be transported with packings 18, 19, and 20 inside. In this case, the small height container piece 12A can be used as a container, and the medium height container piece 12B can be used as a lid (not shown).

(3) Medium height container piece 12B + Medium height container piece 12B (height H 3 )
If one medium-height container piece 12B is used as a container and the other medium-height container piece 12B is used as a lid, the sizes of the opening surfaces 8 and 8 of both container pieces 12B and 12B are L 2 × D 2 in common. Therefore, the opening surfaces 8 and 8 of the overlapped opening flanges 7 and 7 are overlapped and can be used as a transport container 15C having a height H 3 (H 02 + H 0 2 ) (FIGS. 7A and 7B). ).

(4) Large height container piece 12C + small height container piece 12A (height H 4 )
If the large-height container piece 12C is used as a container and the small-height container piece 12A is used as a lid, the sizes of the opening surfaces 8 and 8 are common to L 2 × D 2 in both the container pieces 12C and 12A. The opening surfaces 8 and 8 of the overlapped opening flanges 7 and 7 coincide with each other and can be used as a transfer container 15D having a height H 4 (H 03 + H 01 ) (FIGS. 6A and 6B).

Similarly, if necessary, the products can be transported with packings 18, 19, and 20 inside. In this case, the small height container piece 12A can be used as a container, and the large height container piece 12C can be used as a lid (not shown).

(5) Large height container piece 12C + Medium height container piece 12B (height H 5 )
As receptor large height container pieces 12C, With medium and high of container piece 12B as a lid, both containers pieces 12C, the size of the open surface 8, 8 is the same in both the L 2 × D 2 at 12B, The opening surfaces 8 and 8 of the overlapped opening flanges 7 and 7 are overlapped and can be used as a transfer container 5E having a height H 5 (H 03 + H 02 ) (FIGS. 6C and 6D).

In this case, for example, three rows of packings 18 and 18 are inserted in the short direction on the inner surface of the bottom plate of the container, and packing 19 is inserted in both packing fitting insertion grooves 17 and 17 in the short direction. Two rows of packings 19 and 19 are put on the inner surface, and the plate-like products 22 and 22 can be accommodated side by side (FIGS. 9A to 9C).

In this case as well, the medium height container piece 12B can be used as a container, and the large height container piece 12C can be used as a lid (not shown).

(6) Large height container piece 12C + large height container piece 12C (height H 6 )
If one large-height container piece 12C is used as a container and the other high-height container piece 12C is used as a lid, the size of the opening surfaces 8 and 8 is common to L 2 × D 2 for both container pieces 12C and 12C. Therefore, the opening surfaces 8 and 8 of the overlapped opening flanges 7 and 7 are overlapped and can be used as a transport container 15F having a height H 6 (H 03 + H 0 3 ) (FIG. 7E) f)).

In this case, for example, on the inner surface of the bottom plate 1 of the container, the packing 18 is put in the center in the longitudinal direction, the packings 19 and 19 are put in both packing insertion grooves 17 and 17 in the longitudinal direction, and the ceiling side of the lid (the inner surface of the bottom plate 1) ), The packing 20 can be put in the center, and the thick plate-like products 22 and 22 can be accommodated side by side (FIGS. 10A to 10C).

(7) As described above, six types of transfer containers 15A to 15F having different sizes (heights) can be configured using the three types of container pieces 12A, 12B, and 12C. Note that H 1 <H 2 <H 3 <H 4 <H 5 <H 6 .

(8) In the above description, the interval between the mounting surfaces (lower surfaces) 11 and 11 of the leg portions 10 of the container pieces 12A, 12B, and 12C is formed with the interval L 1 in the length direction and the interval D 1 in the width direction. Therefore, the transport containers 15A to 15F can be arbitrarily selected, and the transport surfaces 15A to 15F can be stacked by combining the placement surfaces 11 and 11 of the legs 10 and 10. For example, the transport container 15B can be overlaid on the transport container 15A (FIG. 6 (c), dashed line 15B). In this case, since the lower surfaces of the leg portions 10 and 10 constitute the flat and horizontal mounting surfaces 11 and 11, they can be stacked in the same manner even if they are reversed left and right. Therefore, for example, when stacking the transport containers 15A to 15F in the container, they can be arbitrarily stacked without worrying about the left and right of the transport container 15 and work efficiency can be improved.

In addition, in the above, each of the transport containers 15A to 15F that has been emptied by taking out the product at the transport destination can be nested in the vertical direction for each of the container pieces 12A, 12B, and 12C. A state in which 15 container pieces 12C and 12C are nested is shown in FIGS.

[3] Other embodiments

(1) In the above-described embodiment, the bottom plate 1 of the container piece body 5 is bulged downward to form the legs 10, 10, but the leg 10 as a separate member may be attached to the outer surface (lower surface) 2 of the bottom plate 1. Yes (not shown).

(2) Moreover, in the said Example, although the horizontal flat mounting surface 11 was formed in the lower surface of the leg part 10, if it is point-symmetric around the vertical axis which passes along the center 35 of the outer surface 2 of the baseplate 1, The mounting surface 11 can also be constituted by, for example, a slope (not shown). In short, the mounting surfaces 11 and 11 of the leg portions 10 and 10 can be stacked and stacked even if they are rotated 180 degrees on a plane (around the vertical axis passing through the center 35).

Moreover, if it arrange | positions point-symmetrically around the vertical axis which passes the center 35 of the baseplate 1, the mounting surface 11 will be the fitting convex part 25 which the center part protruded, and the fitting recessed part 26 which the center part recessed. (FIGS. 11A and 11C). In this case, when the transport containers 15A to 15F are stacked on the top and bottom, the transport containers 15A to 15F are not likely to be displaced even if some vibration is applied, and the products 22 and 22 can be transported more safely and reliably.

Similarly, the fitting portions 27 and 27 having convex and concave portions and the fitting portions 28 and 28 having concave and convex portions can be arranged point-symmetrically (FIGS. 11B and 11D). Also in this case, since the fitting portions 27 and 28 are fitted to each other, the products 22 and 22 can be transported more safely and reliably.

(3) Further, in the above embodiment, the step portion 6 is formed to be horizontally outward. However, if the step portion 6 is formed outward, it is preferably substantially horizontal, but if it is directed outward, any step is suitable. It is. For example, if it is directed outward and downward, the formed packing insertion groove is a dovetail having a narrow opening, and if formed outward and upward, it is a packing insertion groove having a wide opening.

Further, since the step portion 6 is formed so as to rise horizontally outward and the outer edge is raised upward, the cross section is rectangular, but it can also be formed in a quarter circle (not shown). Absent). In this case, the packing insertion groove has a semicircular cross section.

(4) Further, in the above embodiment, if the legs 10 and 10 are formed point-symmetrically with respect to the center 35 of the bottom plate 1, the shape of the outer surface 2 of the bottom plate 1 with the container pieces 12A, 12B and 12C. The sizes do not have to be the same (not shown). Further, the leg portions 10 and 10 can be omitted (not shown). In this case, when the formed transport containers 15A to 15F are stacked up and down, the outer surface 2 of the bottom plate 1 is placed on the mounting surface 11. Therefore, the outer surface 2 of the bottom plate 1 is formed to be substantially the same and point-symmetric with respect to the center 35 of the bottom plate 1. In short, the outer surface 2 of the bottom surface 1 can be fitted to the outer surface 2 of the other container piece 12 and is symmetric about a vertical axis passing through the center 35, and one container piece 12 is rotated 180 degrees. Similarly, the fitting can be maintained.

Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. This embodiment is an embodiment in which the structure of the outer surface 2 of the bottom plate 1 formed symmetrically is different. In the above embodiment, the fitting portion is formed from the leg portions 10, 10, but in this embodiment, the fitting portion 32 is formed from the substantially fan-shaped fitting protrusions 30, 30 and the gaps 31, 31.

[1] Configuration of container piece 12

(1) Similarly to the first embodiment, the side plate 3 is raised around the flat rectangular bottom plate 1 to form the container piece body 5 opened upward. An opening flange 7 is formed at the tip 4 of each side plate 3, 3 of the container piece body 5, that is, at the periphery of the opening of the container piece body 5. The opening flange 7 protrudes from the upper edge 4 of each side plate 3 toward the substantially horizontal outer side, and forms a step portion 6 formed by raising the outer edge upward. The opening flange 7 is continuous with the upper edge of the stepped portion 6 and constitutes an opening surface 8 whose upper surface is horizontal and flat, and is a connecting portion 9 that hangs vertically downward toward the outer peripheral edge of the opening surface 8. (FIGS. 2 to 4).

(2) On the outer surface 2 of the bottom plate 1 of the container piece main body 5, fan-shaped fitting protrusions 30, 30 are arranged in parallel from the center 35 of the outer surface 2. Eight fitting protrusions (center angle θ 1 ) 30 are arranged in an annular shape with a gap 31 having an angle θ 2 . The angle θ 1 ≈θ 2 , and the fitting protrusion plate 30 of another container piece 12 is formed to be inserted into the gap 31 of the fitting protrusion plate 30. Therefore, the angle θ 1 ≦ θ 2 may be satisfied.

Moreover, the protrusion 33 is formed in each corner 1a, 1a with the outer surface 2 of the baseplate 1, respectively. The angle bisector 37 of the corner 1a is drawn, and the protrusion 33 is a bisector in a positive rotation direction around a vertical axis passing through the center 35 of the bottom plate 1 at a position in contact with the bisector 37. 37 is disposed on the rear side. Further, the projections 33 and 33, is disposed at a position moved by the center-side the same distance L 10 from the corner 1a (FIG. 12 (c).

Accordingly, when the two container pieces 12 and 12 are overlapped with the outer surface 2 of the bottom plate 1, the protrusion 33 at the corner 1 a of the one container piece 12 is the protrusion 33 d of the corner 1 a of the other container piece 12. Adjacently, the movement of both container pieces 12 and 12 is restricted (FIG. 13D).

(3) on one side of the long sides 7a of the opening flange 7, the locking portion 40 at a distance L 30 from the center 43 to form a lock receiving portion 41 at a distance L 30 from the center 43 on the other side. On one side of the other long side 7b opposing to form the locking portions 40 lock receiving portion 41 at a distance L 30 from the center of the long sides 7b, from the center 43 to the other side at a distance L 30. Therefore, in the container piece 12 as a whole, the lock portions 40, 40 and the lock receiving portions 41, 41 are arranged at positions symmetrical with respect to a vertical axis passing through the center 35 of the inner surface 2 of the bottom plate 1 (FIG. 15). (A)).

The lock part 40 is configured by attaching the lock piece 50 to the insertion hole 48 of the support member 45 fixed to the outer surface of the container piece main body 5. The support member 45 bends the central part of the plate material and has support part bodies 46, 46 fixed to the container piece body 5 on both sides. The support part 45 forms a bent part 47 in the central part. An insertion hole 48 is formed between the container piece body 5 and the outer surface of the container piece body 5.

The lock piece 50 includes a holding piece 51 that is inserted into the insertion hole 48, and a locking portion 53 that is bent at a substantially right angle from the holding piece 51 (bent on the side opposite to the convex direction of the bent portion 47). Become. The holding piece 51 has a protrusion 52 protruding outward at the end, bent to approach the holding pieces 51, 51 to narrow the width, and the protrusion 52 is locked to the edge of the bent portion 47. It can be done. Further, the locking portion 53 is formed with a bulging step portion (bulging toward the holding piece 51) 54 in which a slope 54 a is formed in a sharp shape toward the tip. Moreover, if the lock piece 50 is bent so that the holding pieces 51 and 51 approach each other, the lock piece 50 can be released and easily removed.

The lock receiving portion 41 is configured by slightly cutting the edge of the opening flange 7 in accordance with the width of the lock piece 50, and the bulging step portion 54 of the lock piece 50 of the lock portion 40 of the other container piece 12 is formed. It is designed to be locked. A support member 45 is also fixed to the lock receiving portion 41.

(4) The container piece 12 is comprised as mentioned above, and the container piece 12 combines two container pieces 12A and 12C from which height differs. The two types of container pieces 12A and 12C have the same size of the opening surface 8 of the opening flange 7 as L 11 × D 11 , a small height container piece 12A having a height H 01 and a large height having a height H 03 . The container piece 12C is configured (FIGS. 12A and 12B).

As in the first embodiment, the medium-height container pieces 12B can be combined, or the container pieces 12 having different heights can be combined.

[2] Configuration and use of the transport container 15

(1) Similarly to Example 1, if the small height container piece 12A is used as a container and the large height container piece 12C is used as a lid, the size of the opening surfaces 8 and 8 of both container pieces 12C and 12A is L 2. since the common × D 2, superimposed opening surface 8, 8 of the opening flange 7, 7 overlap the same, it can be used as a transport container 15D of the height H 4 (H 03 + H 01 ) ( FIG. 12 (A) (b)). Further, in the same manner as in the first embodiment, packings 18, 19, and 20 can be put inside the transport container 15D to transport the products 22 and 22 (see FIGS. 8 to 10). In this case, the large container piece 12C can be used as a container, and the large container piece 12A can be used as a lid (see FIGS. 6E and 6F).

Similarly to the first embodiment, the container pieces 12A and 12A can be combined to form the transport container 15A, and the container pieces 12C and 12C can be combined to form the transport container 15F (see FIGS. 6 and 7).

(2) When the opening flanges 7 and 7 of both container pieces 12A and 12C are overlapped, the edge of the opening flange 7 of the upper container piece 12C contacts the inclined surface 54a of the lock piece 50 of the container piece 12A. (FIG. 18 (a) chain line shown 7). When the container piece 12C is further pushed down, the edge of the opening flange 7 presses the inclined surface 54a of the lock piece 50 to bend the lock piece 54 (FIG. 18B). Further, when the container piece 12C is further pushed down, the bulging step portion 54 of the lock piece 50 gets over the opening flange 7 and engages with the opening flange 7 of the container piece 12C (FIG. 18 (c)). Due to the repulsion in the vertical direction generated by the packings 18, 19 and 20, the locking of the lock piece 50 and the opening flange 7 is reliably maintained even when subjected to some vibration or impact.

Similarly, the locking piece 50 of the container piece 12C and the opening flange 7 of the container piece 12A are similarly locked (not shown).

Further, the lock piece 50 can be released by bending the lock piece 50 while pressing the flanges 7 and 7 of the container piece 12A and the container piece 12C against the repulsion in the vertical direction by the packings 18, 19, and 20. Thus, the container piece 12A and the container piece 12C can be separated (FIGS. 18B and 18A).

(3) Further, if the transport containers 15D and 15Dd are stacked vertically (stacking), the fitting portion 32d (the fitting projecting plate 30d and the gap 31d) of the container piece 12A of the upper transport container 15Dd is formed (FIG. 13C). ) And the fitting portion 32 (gap 31 and fitting projection plate 30) of the lower conveyance container 15D (FIG. 13B), respectively, and the movement of the conveyance containers 15D and 15Dd is restricted (FIG. 13B). FIG. 13 (d)). Therefore, even when the transport containers 15D and 15Dd are stacked vertically during transport, the load collapse can be prevented (FIG. 13A).

Further, even if the upper transport container 15Dd is rotated in a horizontal plane and obliquely stacked, the fitting protrusion 30 and the gap 31d, and the gap 31 and the fitting protrusion 30d are fitted to each other, so that the upper and lower transfer containers are at various angles. 15D and 15Dd can be stacked (FIG. 13 (d), dashed line 15Dd). Accordingly, in the state where the parts (product 22) are accommodated and the transport containers 15D and 15Dd are stacked up and down at the assembly site, the upper transport container 15Dd is shifted and disposed at a position where it can be easily operated, and the lid (container piece 12C). ), The parts can be easily taken out, and the work can be efficiently performed without moving the transport container 15Dd.

[3] Other embodiments

(1) In the above embodiment, eight fan-shaped fitting protrusions 30 and 30 are arranged. However, if the fitting protrusions 30 and the gaps 31 are arranged point-symmetrically around the vertical axis passing through the center 35 of the bottom plate 1. The number is arbitrary (not shown).

Further, the shape of the fitting protrusion 30 is not limited to a fan shape as long as it has a hypotenuse toward the center, and the shape such as a triangle or a trapezoid is arbitrary (not shown). In this case, the gap 31 is formed according to the shape of the hypotenuse toward the center of the fitting projection plate 30.

15(c))。(2) Moreover, in the said Example, either one of the protrusions 33 and 33 of a corner or the fan-shaped fitting protrusions 31 and 31 can also be eliminated. In this case, the fitting part 32 of the combination of the fan-shaped fitting protrusion plate 30 and the gap 31 can be formed at a plurality of locations (FIGS. 14B and 15C).

(3) Moreover, in the said Example, the lock part 40 can also use the slide-type lock piece 50 (FIG. 19, FIG. 20).

In this case, a rib 56 having an inclination toward the outside and toward the bottom plate 1 is formed on the bottom plate 1 side of the opening flange 7, and one side of the lock piece 50 is attached to the rib 56. At the same time, a rib 56 having an inclination toward the bottom plate 1 is formed outside to form the lock receiving portion 41. When the lock piece 50 is attached to the rib 56 of the lock portion 40 from the inner side 56b having a low height and the lock piece 50 is slightly slid toward the outer side 56a, the lock piece 50 can be attached so as not to come off the rib 56. Further, the arrangement of the lock portions 40, 40 and the lock receiving portions 41, 41 is point-symmetrical about the vertical axis passing through the center 35 of the bottom plate 1 in the same manner as in the above embodiment.

Further, the lock piece 50 is C-shaped and has a structure that can be fitted simultaneously to the rib 56 of the lock portion 40 and the rib 56 of the lock receiving portion 41 (FIGS. 20B to 20E), and the outer side 56a. If the rib 56 is slid along the rib 56, the upper and lower container pieces 12 and 12 can be securely tightened because the rib 56 is inclined (FIG. 19B).

Further, the container pieces 12 and 12 may be structured such that an insertion gap 58 is formed at the lower edge of the ribs 56 and 56 when the container pieces 12 and 12 are overlapped. A ridge 59 inserted into the insertion gap 58 can also be formed (FIGS. 20B and 20D). Further, an outwardly extending protrusion 57 can be formed at the upper end portion of the rib 56, and in this case, a fitting recess 59a corresponding to the lock piece 50 is formed (FIGS. 20C and 20E). ).

Moreover, it replaces with the ribs 56 and 56, the groove | channel 60 can be formed, and the C-shaped lock piece 50 can also be fitted (FIG.20 (f) (g)).

In the figure, 61 is a blindfold that partially hides the opening flange 5, and is point-symmetric with respect to a vertical axis passing through the center 35 of the bottom plate 1 of the container piece 12 at a place other than the lock portion 40 and the lock receiving portion 41. (FIGS. 19 and 20A). The hidden plate 61 can also be applied to the container pieces 12, 12A,... (Not shown).

(4) Moreover, in the said Example, the locking part 40 and the lock | rock receiving part 41 can also be abbreviate | omitted similarly to Example 1. FIG.

(5) Further, in the above embodiment, the size of the opening surface 8 of the opening flange 7 L 11 × common with and in D 11, different containers pieces 12A height with H 01, H 03, and a container piece 12C Although the conveyance container 15 group of various height was comprised, the conveyance container 15 group from which the magnitude | size of the opening surface 8 of the opening part flange 7 differs can also be combined.

For example, a small transport container P composed of the container piece 12, a medium transport container 15Q composed of the container piece 12 having an opening area about twice that of the container piece 12, and a container having an opening area about four times that of the container piece 12. A large transport container 15R made of pieces 12 can also be combined (FIGS. 14 and 15).

In the medium-sized transport container 15Q, the size of the opening surface 8 of the opening flange 7 of the container piece 12 is common to L 12 × D 12 , and the container pieces 12A and 12C having different heights at H 01 and H 03 are used. A transport container 15Q group having various heights is configured. here,
L 12 ≈ 2 × D 11
D 12 ≒ L 11
It is as. In the container piece 12, two sets of fitting portions each including eight fan-shaped fitting protrusions 30 and gaps 31 are formed at a distance L 12 between the centers.

Further, in the large transport container 15R, the size of the opening surface 8 of the opening flange 7 of the container piece 12 is common to L 13 × D 13 , and the height is different between H 01 and H 03 , and the container pieces 12A and containers A group of transport containers 15R having various heights is formed from the piece 12C. here,
L 13 ≈ 2 x D 12 ≈ 4 x L 11
D 13 ≒ L 12 ≒ 2 x D 11
It is as. This container piece 12 is formed with four sets of fitting portions 33 formed by combining eight fan-shaped fitting protrusions 30 and gaps 31. The distance L 20 between the centers of the long sides L 11 and the short sides D are formed. the distance between the 13-side center is formed by the L 21.

Thus constituted carrying container 15P, 15Q, the 15R, for example, two containers pieces 12C of the height H 03, on the transport container 12R large diameter closed 12C, 4 two side by side a small transport container 15D Can be placed (FIG. 15). In this case, since the fitting parts 32 and 32 are fitted together, they can be conveyed in this state. Accordingly, efficient transfer work can be performed, and more efficient transfer work can be performed if the height of each container piece 12 constituting each of the transfer containers 15P and 15R is made common to H 01 , H 02 , H 03, and the like.
