Description

Container for packaging
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a container for packing with container main part and lid.
Background
For example, japanese patent No. 6371023 (patent document 1) discloses a packaging container (1) in which a body reverse tapered portion (35) provided in a container body (3) is engaged with a lid reverse tapered portion (55) provided in a lid (5), whereby the container body (3) and the lid (5) can be firmly fitted to each other. In the packaging container (1) of patent document 1, a lid body grip portion (56) for gripping when opening the lid is provided at a position corresponding to the position where the body reverse tapered portion (35) and the lid body reverse tapered portion (55) engage with each other, whereby the container body (3) and the lid body (5) can be firmly fitted to each other as described above, and the lid can be easily opened.
However, in the case of a packaging container in which the container body and the lid body are firmly fitted to each other when the lid is closed, a certain amount of force is required when the lid is closed, and even if the lid body has a structure in which the lid body is easily opened by gripping the portion, the fitting between the container body and the lid body must be released when the lid is opened, so that a certain amount of force is required. Therefore, in such a packaging container, a load is applied when opening or closing the container, and the container body may be bent. The deflection of the container body also disturbs the contents accommodated in the container. For example, as in the packaging container (1) of patent document 1, when the container body (3) is provided with a partition wall (38) for partitioning a storage portion (37) for storing the stored object, the partition wall (38) serves to reinforce the container body (3) and also can suppress the container body (3) from flexing. However, in such a field, the partitioning wall is not necessarily provided in the packaging container, and there is room for further improvement in suppressing the deflection of the container body regardless of the presence or absence of the partitioning wall.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Problem to be solved by utility model
In view of the above circumstances, it is desirable for a packaging container in which a container body and a lid body are firmly fitted to each other to be less likely to be bent when opening or closing the container.
Means for solving the problems
The container for packaging of the present disclosure includes a container body and a lid body formed by sheet metal forming, the container body and the lid body being formed in a rectangular shape in plan view, the container body having a bottom surface portion, a body peripheral wall portion extending upward from the bottom surface portion, a body flange portion extending outward from the body peripheral wall portion, a body reverse tapered portion provided on a peripheral side of the body flange portion, and a body grip portion constituted by a protruding piece protruding outward from the body flange portion, the lid body having a top surface portion, a lid body peripheral wall portion extending downward from the top surface portion, a lid body flange portion extending outward from the lid body peripheral wall portion, a lid reverse tapered portion provided on a peripheral side of the lid body flange portion and engaging with the body reverse tapered portion, and a lid grip portion constituted by a protruding piece protruding outward from the lid body flange portion and overlapping with the body grip portion, an opening area where the main body grip portion and the lid grip portion overlap each other is provided on the outer periphery of the container, at least one of four corners of the rectangular container main body and the lid is set as a target corner, and the target corner is set as the cap opening region, a reverse taper engaging portion formed by engaging the body reverse taper portion with the cap reverse taper portion is provided in the cap opening region, an intermediate portion provided independently at least one of the rectangular container main body and lid in a region other than the lid opening region in the outer periphery of the container, the bottom surface portion has a placement portion on which an object to be stored is placed and a bottom groove portion formed in an outer edge of the placement portion and recessed downward from the placement portion, and a reinforcing connecting portion that connects the placement portion and the body peripheral wall portion and reinforces the container body is disposed in a region other than the bottom groove portion in the outer edge of the placement portion.
According to this configuration, the container body and the lid body can be firmly fitted to each other by the engagement between the body reverse tapered portion and the lid body reverse tapered portion. Further, the reinforcing connecting portion connecting the placement portion and the peripheral wall portion of the body can increase the rigidity of the container body, and can make the container body less likely to be flexed even when a load is applied during closing of the container body and the lid body or during opening of the lid body for releasing the engagement.
In one embodiment, the reverse taper engaging portion is preferably provided in an intermediate portion of at least one of the rectangular container body and the rectangular lid body so as to correspond to the reinforcing connecting portion.
The load applied when closing or opening the lid is increased in the vicinity of the reverse taper engagement portion where the main body reverse taper portion engages with the lid reverse taper portion. According to this configuration, since the reinforcing connecting portion is provided corresponding to the reverse taper engaging portion of the intermediate portion on at least one side, the rigidity in the vicinity of the reverse taper engaging portion can be improved particularly in the intermediate portion that is likely to be flexed. Therefore, even when a large load is applied to the vicinity of the reverse taper engagement portion, the container body can be suppressed from being flexed in the vicinity thereof.
In one embodiment, the reinforcing connecting portion is preferably provided on at least two opposing sides of each of the rectangular container bodies.
Each side of the rectangular container main body is more likely to be bent than four corners. According to this structure, the rigidity of the portion of the container body that is relatively easy to flex can be increased. Further, by providing the reinforcing connecting portions on at least two opposite sides, the rigidity of the container as a whole can be ensured in a balanced manner.
In one embodiment, it is preferable that, of the four corners of the container body and the lid body, the two corners arranged diagonally are the target corner and the lid opening region, the remaining two corners are non-lid opening regions where the body grip portion and the lid body grip portion do not overlap, and the reverse tapered engaging portions are provided in all of the lid opening regions and all of the non-lid opening regions.
According to this configuration, since the reverse taper engagement portions can be arranged at the four corners of the rectangular container main body and the lid body, the container main body and the lid body can be fitted together in a balanced manner as a whole container. Further, the lid opening region where the body grip portion and the lid grip portion overlap is disposed at two diagonally disposed corners of four corners of the rectangular container body and the lid, and the other two corners are not required to be the lid opening region, and therefore, the structure can be simplified.
In one embodiment, the reverse tapered engaging portions are preferably provided at a central portion in the circumferential direction of the lid opening region and are not provided at both end portions in the circumferential direction of the lid opening region.
According to this structure, the lid can be opened more easily than in the case where the reverse taper engaging portion is provided in the entire lid opening region.
Further features and advantages of the disclosed technology will become further apparent from the following description of exemplary, non-limiting embodiments, which is described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Detailed Description
(schematic structure of packaging Container)
The packaging container 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. The packaging container 1 is formed by sheet molding, and as shown in fig. 1 and 2, includes a container body 3 and a lid body 5. Fig. 5 to 8 are cross-sectional views obtained by cutting the packaging container 1 at a section line v-v, a section line vi-vi, a section line vii-vii, and a section line viii-viii in fig. 3, respectively, showing a plan view of the packaging container 1. In order to make it easier to understand the cut portion of the container body 3, the above-described cutting line is also shown in fig. 4 which is a plan view of the container body 3.
The packaging container 1 contains a food or other object (e.g., a dish) therein. The packaging container 1 of the present embodiment is suitable for containing small block-shaped objects to be contained, such as sushi and chou cake. In the following description, the inner side of the packaging container 1, i.e., the direction from the outer edge side toward the center side, is referred to as "inward" or "inside". The outer side of the packaging container 1, i.e., the direction from the center side toward the outer edge side, will be described as "outward" or "outer side".
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the packaging container 1 is formed in a rectangular shape in plan view. That is, the container body 3 and the lid 5 constituting the packaging container 1 are formed in a rectangular shape in plan view. In the present embodiment, the container body 3 and the lid 5 are formed in a rectangular shape in plan view, and have a pair of short side portions 3SS, 5SS and a pair of long side portions 3SL, 5SL, respectively. However, the container body 3 and the lid 5 are not limited to this configuration, and may be formed in a square shape in plan view.
The container body 3 is provided with a body reverse tapered portion 35, and the lid body 5 is provided with a lid body reverse tapered portion 55 that engages with the body reverse tapered portion 35, as will be described later. As shown in fig. 3, the packaging container 1 is provided with a reverse tapered engagement portion 15 formed by engaging the body reverse tapered portion 35 with the lid reverse tapered portion 55. This enables the container body 3 and the lid 5 to be firmly fitted to each other. Further, the container body 3 is provided with a body grip 36, and the lid 5 is provided with a lid grip 56 overlapping the body grip 36. As shown in fig. 3, the packaging container 1 is provided with the open-lid region 11 in which the body grip 36 and the lid grip 56 overlap each other. This makes it easy to grip the lid grasping portion 56 in the lid opening region 11, and to open the lid by gripping the lid grasping portion 56 during opening the lid.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, at least one of the four corners of the rectangular container body 3 and the lid 5 is defined as a target corner 1X, and the target corner 1X is defined as an uncapped area 11. In the present embodiment, of the four corners of the rectangular container body 3 and lid 5, two corners disposed diagonally are defined as the target corner 1X and the lid-opening region 11, and the other two corners not defined as the target corner 1X are defined as the lid-opening non-region 12 in which the body grip 36 and the lid grip 56 do not overlap. In the illustrated example, the body grip portion 36 and the lid grip portion 56 are not disposed in the uncapped region 12. However, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and either the body grip portion 36 or the lid grip portion 56 may be disposed in the uncapped region 12. Next, the structure of each part of the packaging container 1 will be described in detail.
(Container main body)
As shown in fig. 4, the container body 3 has 4 body side portions 3S. In the present embodiment, the main body side portion 3S includes a pair of main body short side portions 3SS constituting short side portions and a pair of main body long side portions 3SL constituting long side portions of the container main body 3 having a rectangular shape in plan view.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, the container body 3 includes a bottom surface portion 31, a body peripheral wall portion 32 extending upward from the bottom surface portion 31, a body flange portion 33 extending outward from the body peripheral wall portion 32, a body tapered portion 35 provided on the peripheral side (outward) of the body flange portion 33, and a body grip portion 36 including a projecting piece projecting outward from the body flange portion 33.
As shown in fig. 4, the container body 3 has a housing portion 37 for housing the housed object surrounded by the body peripheral wall portion 32. The bottom surface portion 31 includes a placement portion 31A for placing the object to be placed in the receiving portion 37 and a bottom groove portion 31C provided at an outer edge of the placement portion 31A and recessed downward from the placement portion 31A. In the example shown in fig. 4, the bottom surface portion 31 further includes a linear recessed portion 31B formed in a linear shape and recessed downward in the placement portion 31A.
The placement portion 31A is provided at the center of the container body 3 and is disposed above the bottom groove portion 31C. The placement portion 31A is provided with a plurality of (5 in this example) linear recesses 31B. In addition, the linear recessed portions 31B are inclined with respect to a direction along the body long side portion 3SL and a direction along the body short side portion 3SS in a plan view. The lengths of the plurality of linear recesses 31B are different depending on the installation position. In the illustrated example, of the 5 linear recessed portions 31B, the linear recessed portion 31B disposed at the center is longest, and the linear recessed portion 31B disposed toward the end side is shorter.
As shown in fig. 4, the bottom groove portions 31C are intermittently provided at the outer edge of the mounting portion 31A. In the illustrated example, the bottom groove portions 31C are provided corresponding to both end portions 3E of the main body long side portion 3SL, and the bottom groove portions 31C are provided corresponding to the middle portion 3M of the main body short side portion 3 SS. That is, the bottom groove portions 31C are not provided in the intermediate portion 3M of the main body long side portion 3SL and the both end portions 3E of the main body short side portion 3 SS. As shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the bottom groove portion 31C constitutes the leg portion 30 of the container body 3 on the back surface side thereof.
As described above, the main body peripheral wall portion 32 extends upward from the bottom surface portion 31. As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, and the like, in the present embodiment, the height of the body peripheral wall portion 32 at the four corners of the container body 3 is higher than the height of the intermediate portion 3M of each body side portion 3S of the container body 3. That is, the body peripheral wall portion 32 is raised upward at the four corners of the container body 3. In the present embodiment, the main body peripheral wall portion 32 is connected to the bottom groove portion 31C of the bottom surface portion 31 at a plurality of circumferential positions, and extends upward from the bottom groove portion 31C (see fig. 8). In the illustrated example, the main body peripheral wall portion 32 is inclined so as to be more outward as it goes upward.
Here, in general, when a partitioning wall for partitioning a storage portion for storing an object to be stored is provided in a container body, such as a container for a puzzle or a lunch box for storing a large number of dishes, the partitioning wall has a function of improving the rigidity of the container body, and when a load is applied to the container body at the time of opening or closing the container, for example, the container body can be suppressed from being flexed. However, as described above, the packaging container 1 of the present embodiment is suitable for storing small-sized pieces of objects to be stored such as sushi and chou cake, and does not have a partition wall for partitioning the storage portion 37, such as a container for a puzzle or a container for lunch box.
Then, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, a reinforcing connecting portion 38 that connects the placement portion 31A and the body peripheral wall portion 32 and reinforces the container body 3 is provided in a region other than the bottom groove portion 31C in the outer edge of the placement portion 31A. Thus, even if the partition wall as described above is not provided, the container body 3 can be made less likely to be flexed when a load is applied to the container body 3 during opening or closing of the lid. The reinforcing connection portion 38 is disposed above the bottom groove portion 31C.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the reverse taper engaging portion 15 is provided in the intermediate portion 1M of at least one of the rectangular container body 3 and the lid 5 so as to correspond to the reinforcing connecting portion 38. As shown in fig. 4, the reinforcing connecting portions 38 are provided on at least two opposing sides of each of the rectangular container main body 3, and the reverse taper engaging portions 15 are provided in the intermediate portions 1M of the opposing sides so as to correspond to the reinforcing connecting portions 38. Further, reinforcing connection portions 38 are provided at the four corners of the rectangular container body 3. In the illustrated example, the reinforcing connecting portion 38 is disposed so as to be sandwiched between the pair of bottomed groove portions 31C in a plan view. Specifically, a plurality of reinforcing connecting portions 38 and a plurality of bottom groove portions 31C are arranged on the outer edge of the placement portion 31A, and the reinforcing connecting portions 38 and the bottom groove portions 31C are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the reinforcing connecting portions 38 include a central reinforcing connecting portion 38A provided at each of the intermediate portions 3M of the pair of body long side portions 3SL and corner reinforcing connecting portions 38B provided at each of the four corners of the container body 3.
The central reinforcing connecting portion 38A has a bulging curved surface which protrudes upward as a whole. The bulging curved surface is formed in a mountain shape, and has a maximum bulging height at a central portion and a gradually decreasing bulging height toward both end portions. In addition, the center side reinforcing connecting portion 38A has a reinforcing convex portion 38Aa that projects inward. This can improve the rigidity of the center reinforcing connecting portion 38A. In the illustrated example, 1 reinforcing convex portion 38Aa is provided corresponding to 1 central reinforcing connecting portion 38A. However, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and a plurality of reinforcing protrusions 38Aa may be provided corresponding to 1 center reinforcing connecting portion 38.
As described above, the corner reinforcing connecting portions 38B are provided at the four corners of the container body 3, that is, the corner reinforcing connecting portions 38B are provided at the pair of corners corresponding to the lid opening region 11 and the pair of corners corresponding to the non-lid opening region 12. In the present embodiment, the corner reinforcing connecting portions 38B provided at the pair of corners corresponding to the lid open region 11 have bulging curved surfaces that are convex upward as a whole (see fig. 5). On the other hand, the corner reinforcing connecting portions 38B provided at the pair of corners corresponding to the non-opening-lid region 12 have concave curved surfaces that are concave downward as a whole (see fig. 6). The corner reinforcing coupling portions 38B (all the corner reinforcing coupling portions 38B provided at four corners) have reinforcing recesses 38Ba recessed outward. This can improve the rigidity of the corner reinforcing coupling portion 38B. In the illustrated example, 1 reinforcing recess 38Ba is provided corresponding to 1 corner reinforcing coupling portion 38B. However, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and a plurality of reinforcing recesses 38Ba may be provided corresponding to the 1-corner reinforcing coupling portion 38B.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the main body peripheral wall portion 32 includes a peripheral wall bulging portion 32A (see also fig. 7) that bulges into the container. This can improve the rigidity of the body peripheral wall portion 32. In the present embodiment, the peripheral wall bulging portion 32A is formed in a mountain shape, and the bulging amount is the largest at the central portion of the peripheral wall bulging portion 32A and gradually decreases (inclines) from the central portion to the end portions. The peripheral wall bulging portion 32A is provided in the main body peripheral wall portion 32 so as to be adjacent to the inside of the main body flange portion 33. Further, the main body peripheral wall portion 32 of the main body long side portion 3SL is provided with 1 or more peripheral wall bulging portions 32A, and in the illustrated example, 3 peripheral wall bulging portions 32A. More specifically, the peripheral wall bulging portions 32A are provided at the middle portion 3M and both end portions 3E of the main body long side portion 3 SL. In this example, the peripheral wall bulging portion 32A is not provided in the main body peripheral wall portion 32 in the main body short side portion 3SS, but the peripheral wall bulging portion 32A may be provided in both the main body long side portion 3SL and the main body short side portion 3 SS.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, the body flange portion 33 extends outward from the upper end of the body peripheral wall portion 32. In the present embodiment, the container body 3 has a body skirt 34 extending downward from the outer end of the body flange 33. The body skirt 34 is formed over the entire circumference of the container body 3. Further, a body bulging portion 34A bulging outward is formed in the body skirt portion 34, and the body bulging portion 34A is formed over the entire circumference of the container body 3. In the present embodiment, the body reverse tapered portion 35 is formed continuously with the body bulging portion 34A below the body bulging portion 34A over the entire circumference of the container body 3. The body reverse taper portion 35 is inclined so as to be inward as going downward.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the body grip portion 36 is continuous with the body flange portion 33 via the body skirt portion 34, and protrudes outward beyond the body flange portion 33. In the present embodiment, the main body grip portions 36 are disposed at two corners of the four corners of the container main body 3, which are the target corner portions 1X, and the main body grip portions 36 are not disposed at the other two corners, which are not the target corner portions 1X. In the example shown in fig. 4, the main body grip portion 36 is formed in a substantially triangular shape in plan view. As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the body grip portion 36 extends outward in the horizontal direction from the lower end of the body skirt 34. In the present embodiment, the main body grip portion 36 is provided with a main body grip surface portion 36A formed in a planar shape and an upper protrusion portion 36B protruding upward from the main body grip surface portion 36A.
(cover body)
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the lid 5 has 4 lid side portions 5S. In the present embodiment, the lid side portion 5S includes a pair of lid short side portions 5SS constituting short side portions and a pair of lid long side portions 5SL constituting long side portions of the lid 5 having a rectangular shape in plan view.
The lid 5 includes a top surface portion 51, a lid peripheral wall portion 52 extending downward from the top surface portion 51, a lid flange portion 53 extending outward from the lid peripheral wall portion 52, a lid inverted-cone portion 55 provided on the peripheral side of the lid flange portion 53 and engaging with the main body inverted-cone portion 35, and a lid grip portion 56 formed of a protruding piece protruding outward from the lid flange portion 53 and overlapping with the main body grip portion 36.
The top surface portion 51 is formed in a rectangular shape (rectangular shape) in plan view. In the example shown in fig. 3, four corners of the top surface 51 are chamfered.
The lid peripheral wall portion 52 is continuous with the outer edge of the top surface portion 51. The lid peripheral wall portion 52 is inclined so as to be more outward as it goes downward.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5 to 8, the lid flange portion 53 extends from the lower end of the lid peripheral wall portion 52 to the outside in the horizontal direction. In the present embodiment, the lid flange portion 53 is higher at the four corners of the lid 5 than at the intermediate portion 5M of each lid side portion 5S of the lid 5. That is, the lid flange portion 53 is raised upward at the four corners of the lid 5. The lid 5 has a lid skirt 54 extending downward from the outer end of the lid flange 53. The lid skirt 54 is formed over the entire circumference of the lid 5. A lid skirt 54 is formed with a lid bulging portion 54A bulging outward, and the lid bulging portion 54A is formed over the entire circumference of the lid 5. In the present embodiment, the cover reverse tapered portion 55 is continuous with the cover bulging portion 54A below the cover bulging portion 54A. The cover reverse taper portion 55 is inclined inward as it goes downward.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the cover reverse tapered portion 55 is formed intermittently on the outer periphery of the cover 5. The lid body reverse tapers 55 are provided over substantially the entire lid opening region 11 (target corner portion 1X), and the lid body reverse tapers 55 are provided independently in the intermediate portions 5M of at least 1 of the lid body sides 5S in the region other than the lid opening region 11 in the container outer periphery.
In the present embodiment, the cover reverse tapered portion 55 is provided in the intermediate portion 5M of the cover long side portion 5SL and the intermediate portion 5M of the cover short side portion 5 SS. Further, a lid body reverse tapered portion 55 is also provided at each of both end portions 5E of the lid body long side portion 5SL and the lid body short side portion 5 SS. Thus, in this example, the cover reverse tapered portions 55 are provided independently at the both end portions 5E and the intermediate portion 5M of the pair of cover long side portions 5SL and the both end portions 5E and the intermediate portion 5M of the pair of cover short side portions 5SS of the rectangular cover 5.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the lid body grip portion 56 is continuous with the lid body flange portion 53 via the lid body skirt portion 54, and projects outward beyond the lid body flange portion 53. In the present embodiment, the lid body grip portions 56 are disposed at two corners of the four corners of the lid body 5, which are the target corner portions 1X, and the lid body grip portions 56 are not disposed at the other two corners, which are not the target corner portions 1X. In the example shown in fig. 3, the lid body grip portion 56 is formed in a substantially triangular shape in plan view. As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the lid body grip portion 56 extends from the lower end of the lid body skirt portion 54 to the outside in the horizontal direction. In the present embodiment, the lid body grip portion 56 is provided with a lid body grip surface portion 56A formed in a planar shape and a lower protrusion portion 56B protruding downward from the lid body grip surface portion 56A. In the illustrated example, a part of the lower protrusion 56B has a concave-convex portion.
As shown in fig. 3, an uncapped area 11 (see also fig. 5) as a starting point when the lid 5 is removed from the container body 3 is provided on the outer periphery of the container. As described above, of the four corners of the rectangular container body 3 and lid 5, two diagonally arranged corners are defined as the target corner 1X and the lid-open area 11. The other two corners not to be the target corners 1X are the uncapped region 12 in which the body grip portion 36 and the lid grip portion 56 do not overlap. In the lid opening region 11, the lid grip portions 56 overlap the body grip portion 36 in a state where the lid grip portions 56 are arranged above the body grip portion 36. As shown in fig. 5, in a state where the main body grip portion 36 and the lid grip portion 56 are overlapped, the upper protruding portion 36B of the main body grip portion 36 and the lower protruding portion 56B of the lid grip portion 56 abut on each other, and thereby a gap is generated between the main body grip surface portion 36A and the lid grip surface portion 56A. Therefore, it becomes easy to grasp the lid grasping portion 56 at the time of opening the lid.

As shown in fig. 3, the reverse taper engaging portions 15 formed by engaging the body reverse taper portion 35 (see fig. 4 and the like) with the lid reverse taper portion 55 are provided over substantially the entire lid opening region 11, and the reverse taper engaging portions 15 are provided independently in the intermediate portion 1M of at least one of the rectangular container body 3 and the lid 5 in the region other than the lid opening region 11 in the outer periphery of the container. In the present embodiment, the reverse tapered engaging portions 15 are provided at the circumferential central portion of the lid opening region 11 and are not provided at the circumferential both end portions of the lid opening region 11. As described above, in the present embodiment, two corners of the four corners of the rectangular container body 3 and lid 5, which are not the target corners 1X, are the uncapped region 12 in which the body grip portion 36 and the lid grip portion 56 do not overlap. Moreover, the reverse taper engaging portions 15 are provided in all the uncapped regions 11 and all the uncapped regions 12. In this way, the reverse taper engaging portions 15 are provided at four corners of the container body 3 and the lid 5. This enables the entire container body 3 and the entire lid 5 to be fitted together in a balanced manner.
The reverse tapered engaging portions 15 are provided in substantially the entire regions of all the uncapped regions 11 and all the uncapped regions 12. As shown in fig. 5 and 7, in the reverse tapered engagement portion 15, the cover reverse tapered portion 55 engages with the main body reverse tapered portion 35 from the outside. As described above, the cover reverse tapered portion 55 and the body reverse tapered portion 35 are inclined inward as going downward. Therefore, the reverse taper engagement portion 15 formed by the engagement is also inclined inward as it goes downward. In the example shown in fig. 5 and 7, the reverse taper engaging portion 15 is inclined at an angle θ with respect to the vertical line. "θ" is preferably, for example, 30 to 90 °. According to the above configuration, the lid 5 is difficult to be removed from the container body 3 in a state where no external force is applied.
As described above, the reverse taper engagement portion 15 is provided independently in the intermediate portion 1M of at least one of the rectangular container main body 3 and the lid 5. In the present embodiment, the reverse taper engagement portion 15 is provided in the intermediate portion 1M of each of the long side portions 3SL, 5SL and the short side portions 3SS, 5SS of the container body 3 and the lid body 5 (packaging container 1). Further, reverse taper engaging portions 15 are also provided at both end portions 1E of the long side portions 3SL, 5SL and the short side portions 3SS, 5SS of the container body 3 and the lid 5 (packaging container 1). Thus, in this example, the reverse taper engagement portions 15 are provided independently at the both end portions 1E and the intermediate portion 1M of the pair of long side portions 3SL, 5SL and at the both end portions 1E and the intermediate portion 1M of the pair of short side portions 3SS, 5SS of the rectangular container body 3 and the lid 5.
According to the packaging container 1 described above, the container body 3 and the lid 5 can be firmly fitted to each other by the engagement between the body reverse tapered portion 35 and the lid reverse tapered portion 55. Further, according to this structure, a certain degree of force is required at the time of opening and closing the lid, and a load is applied to the container body 3. However, in the packaging container 1, since the reinforcing connecting portion 38 connecting the placement portion 31A and the body peripheral wall portion 32 can increase the rigidity of the container body 3, the container body 3 can be made less likely to flex even when a load is applied to the container body 3 at the time of opening or closing the lid.
(other embodiments)
(1) In the above embodiment, the following example is explained: of the four corners of the rectangular container body 3 and lid 5, two corners disposed diagonally are defined as target corners 1X and as uncapped regions 11, and the other two corners not defined as the target corners 1X are defined as uncapped regions 12 in which the body grip 36 and the lid grip 56 do not overlap. However, the present invention is not limited to such an example. The four corners of the rectangular container body 3 and the lid 5 may be the target corners 1X and the lid-open regions 11. Alternatively, only one corner of the rectangular container body 3 and lid 5 may be the target corner 1X and the open-lid region 11.
(2) In the above embodiment, the following example is explained: the reverse taper engaging portion 15 is provided in the intermediate portion 1M of at least one of the rectangular container body 3 and the lid 5 in correspondence with the reinforcing connecting portion 38. However, the present invention is not limited to such an example. The reverse taper engaging portion 15 and the reinforcing connecting portion 38 may be arranged so as to be shifted from each other on at least one of the sides of the container body 3 and the lid 5, not in a corresponding manner.
(3) In the above embodiment, the following example is explained: the body reverse taper portion 35 is formed over the entire circumference of the container body 3. However, the present invention is not limited to such an example. The body reverse taper portion 35 may be formed intermittently on the outer periphery of the container body 3 so as to correspond to the cap reverse taper portion 55. Although the cover reverse tapered portion 55 is described as an example of being formed intermittently on the outer periphery of the cover 5, it may be formed on the entire periphery of the cover 5. The formation of the body reverse tapered portion 35 and the lid reverse tapered portion 55 may be determined such that the reverse tapered engagement portion 15 formed by engaging the body reverse tapered portion 35 with the lid reverse tapered portion 55 is provided in the lid opening region 11, and the intermediate portion 1M of at least one of the rectangular container body 3 and the lid 5 is independently provided in a region other than the lid opening region 11 on the outer periphery of the container.
(4) In the above embodiment, the following example is explained: the reverse taper engaging portions 15 are provided in the intermediate portions 1M of the long side portions 3SL, 5SL and the short side portions 3SS, 5SS of the container body 3 and the lid 5 (packaging container 1). However, the present invention is not limited to such an example. The reverse taper engagement portion 15 may be provided only in the intermediate portion 1M of each of the long side portions 3SL, 5SL and the intermediate portions 1M of the short side portions 3SS, 5SS of the container body 3 and the lid body 5 (packaging container 1), that is, the reverse taper engagement portion 15 may not be provided in the intermediate portion 1M of each of the short side portions 3SS, 5 SS.
(5) In the above embodiment, the following example is explained: the center side reinforcing coupling portion 38A and the corner side reinforcing coupling portions 38B provided in the uncapped region 11 have bulging curved surfaces, and the corner side reinforcing coupling portions 38B provided in the uncapped region 12 have concave curved surfaces. However, the present invention is not limited to such an example. The center-side reinforcing coupling portion 38A and the corner-side reinforcing coupling portion 38B may have any one of a bulging curved surface and a concave curved surface, or may have a flat surface without any one of the bulging curved surface and the concave curved surface.
(6) In the above embodiment, the following example is explained: the center-side reinforcing coupling portion 38A is provided with a reinforcing convex portion 38Aa protruding inward, and the corner-side reinforcing coupling portion 38B is provided with a reinforcing concave portion 38Ba recessed outward. However, the present invention is not limited to such an example. The central reinforcing connecting portion 38A may be provided with a reinforcing concave portion and the corner reinforcing connecting portions 38B may be provided with a reinforcing convex portion, or such a reinforcing convex portion and reinforcing concave portion may not be provided.
(7) In the above embodiment, the following example is explained: the reinforcing links 38 include a center reinforcing link 38A and a corner reinforcing link 38B. However, the present invention is not limited to such an example. The reinforcing links 38 may include only the center-side reinforcing links 38A or only the corner-side reinforcing links 38B.
(8) Note that the structures disclosed in the above embodiments may be used in combination with the structures disclosed in the other embodiments as long as they are not contradictory. With respect to other configurations, all contents of the embodiments disclosed in the present specification are merely examples. Therefore, various modifications can be made as appropriate within a scope not departing from the gist of the present disclosure.
